SAGAR'S ANNOYED

  When Sagar came to the office the next day Jiya was not sitting at her desk. He thought maybe she was late but she didn't turn up the entire day. He called her but her phone was switched off. This situation continued for another two days.Sagar decided to take the matter in his hands.
He knew that Ritwik had visited her that day. He decided to speak to him .

"Ritwik can I ask you something?"

"Yes, whats wrong?'

"It's just that my secretary has not been coming since the past three days. Last she spoke to you. was something the matter?"

"No, it was just general chit chat."

"Ritwik you don't do general chitchat. "

"Well then what do you think I did?"

"Well maybe you propositioned her?"

"Don't be stupid I don't mix business with pleasure.Plus she is just a teenager and not even that pretty . Plus you know my taste. I like my women experienced and sophisticated."

"Bro she maybe nineteen but she is a beautiful woman."

Ritwik noticed that Sagar considered her beautiful. he knew Jiya was pretty but he had wanted to test Sagar.

"Why are you worried for a mere secretary ? If she doesn't come in a day or two we will look for a new secretary "

" By the way I was just asking Nandita to call you. I am leaving for London tomorrow and there is some problem in our Uttarakhand project. Since the last two weeks I have been planning to go there but I have been very busy with the new merger."

"The way you handled the merger with Nikhil has also impressed me . I am sure that you ate the best person to go there. You better pack stuff for a weeks stay because it will take at least a week to solve the issue."

"I have asked Nandita to makeall arrangements. Our bungalow in Dehradun has been prepared for your arrival . Also all files related to the project will be at your desk in half an hour . I would advise you yo leave as early as possible "


"Ok Ritwik I will leave tomorrow early morning. "

Sagar decided to go to Jiya's house in the evning to check on her

Jiya was very upset. How dare Ritwik blame her as an opportunist ?She knew that it was wrong to kiss Sagar but she had not initiated it . Sagar had kissed and she had responded.

She had briefed Myra of the incident who had advised her to quit her job but the contract was worrying her.

The worst part was that Sagar had not tried calling her after the first day. This meant that he had no feelings for her. Then why had he kissed her? She knew that she had feelings for him. When he had kissed her she had felt so heavenly. He called her friend but not once had he behaved like one. Infact he seemed to be attracted to her. She had noticed that he desired her.

Just then Nikhil called .

"Jiya how are you?"

"Fine Nikhil"

" Well any news?Any other exciting thing happening around you?"

"No nothing new "

"You seemed upset.Is everything alright?"

"Yes" She said quietly

"Where are you Jiya?"

'"At home ";

"I am coming over"

":No need"

Before she could say anything Nikhil had cut thecall.

In half an hour he was there.

"What happened jiya?"

"I just quit my job"


"But why?"

:I don,t like people who judge others .Moreover. Sagar is a rude boss"

"Jiya why don,t you join me?"

"I can't because I have signed acontract"

"You dont' worry. I will find a solution I have an important meeting so I need to leave. Lets go out tomorrow ."

"Ok thanks for your support Nikhil"

"Let me accompany you to the gate. Hope you wont' mind".

"Well why would anyone mind?"

"Who wants to miss
the company of a beautiful girl ?"

When Sagar parked his car in front of Jiya's building he noticed Jiya standing there with someone. He got out of his car. The person turned . He saw it was Nikhil.

Then he saw Nikhil kissing her hand and Jiya blushing. They looked like two lovers
standing there.

He had come to check on her and she was enjoying her day off with her lover. He felt so foolish. He planned to go to Dehradun tonight.
