My eyes widened, unbearable pain spiking through my left shoulder.

I opened my mouth to scream, only to find my voice failing me.

My legs became weaker, shaking, struggling to support my body.

But he paid no heed to any of this, in fact it almost seemed trivial to him as if my body failing was just another inevitable event.

"S-s-st-to-p," I choked, my hands twitching at my side uselessly.

I felt his lips curve into that condescending smirk, felt as his beyond sharp canines dug themselves deeper into my skin.

My hands feebly grabbed at him, trying to push him away, as adrenaline begun pumping through my body.

Yet he only seemed to grow stronger as I grew weaker, his arms encircling me and pulling me closer to him, supporting my dying body.

Soon I grew limp, blackness tinging the edges of my vision, his arms the only things keeping me up.

His face was buried in the crook of my neck, his fangs gripping into my skin, puncturing it enough for small wounds to supply a small trickle of blood.

Trickles he sucked hungrily, dismissing my protests and pleas.

Just as blackness begun taking over and I thought it was finally over, he drew away, that same condescending bloody smirk on his lips as his eyes washed over my limp form.

He tongue snaked out and licked away small dots of crimson liquid from his pale lips.

Blood. My blood.

"Got a little carried away there," he said, his voice smooth yet somewhat dangerous.

The blackness at the edges of my vision begun to slowly recede, my breathing growing more rabid as he leaned forward, towards the place where he had previously been.

Once more, his tongue snaked out, this time licking off stray beads of crimson from my skin.

"You just...have the sweetest I've ever tasted," he breathed looking at me sideways.

My eyes met his, pleading for him to stop, to stop it all.

He laughed, throwing his head back.

"I think I'll keep you around for a bit," he said, his eyes never once leaving my face as he straightens up, his arms still around me.

For some reason, my previous paralysis seems to have broken and I found enough strength to try and push him away.

He watched me, an amused look in his eyes as my hands uselessly pushed at his chest.

"L-l-le-t g-o," I struggled, my energy surge draining, taking all my will to fight with it.

He said nothing, but his arms loosened around me and I crumpled to the ground pathetically.

His figure loomed over me as I weakly tried to sit up, tears streaming down my cheek.

He saw my tears and crouched before me, using his thumb and forefinger to pull my face towards him.

I gazed at him pitifully, tears still streaming.

He smirked and put his finger to his lips.

"Shhhhhh."

And the last thing I saw before I blacked out were his eyes.

His piercing, gold eyes that could only belong to a devil.
