I woke up to a sickening sucking sound in, unbelievable pain flaring through the left crook of my neck.
My eyes snapped open, met by the sight of a lean muscular teenage boy with his face buried in the crook of my neck, the same boy from yesterday.
His short black hair tickled my neck and shoulder, his right hand pinning my shoulder down.
I weakly pushed at his shoulder, a painful scream building in my throat, as the memories of yesterday came flooding back.
"Relax," the boy said, looking at me.
His gold eyes shone blankly, as if I no longer amused him.
He moved away and I sat up sharply, my hand clamping down on the two puncture wounds in the crook of my neck.
My eyes glanced around the room, taking in an ancient looking dressing table, old looking curtains and a chair next to my bed.
The bed I lay in was a fourposter bed, thin curtains hanging around it although they were drawn open.
I glanced down, the covers were a pale white, contrasting with my tanned skin.
The boy sat at the edge of my bed, watching me.
"Who...are you?" I asked, gritting my teeth.
He said nothing, but amusement flared through his eyes as a smirk tugged at his lips.
"Breakfast will be ready in ten minutes," he said standing up.
"What?"
He turned, taking a step towards the door.
I grabbed his wrist, my eyes widened.
His looked down at me, barely turning at all, and I felt fear freeze the blood in my veins.
His eyes shone with hatred and held menace.
I dropped my hand quickly, my eyes looking anywhere but his.
"Get dressed and be at the dining hall in ten minutes," he said, stalking out the room silently.
I waited as the door shut behind him, then jumped up, throwing the covers off.
I raced to the door, but not before catching a glance of myself in the mirror. I stared at my reflection shocked.
I wore a strapless white nightgown that left my shoulders open, revealing most of my chest.
Not what I had been wearing yesterday.
I pulled the door handle down, yanking the door open, and racing out.
My bare feet hit a heavily carpeted floor and my breath was whisked away as my eyes glanced around the hallway.
It was huge, with paintings hanging at even spaces from each other, the walls a dazzling white with the carpet being a shocking red.
I shook my head and begun walking hurriedly down the hall way. My room had been the one at end of the hall, sparing me the choice of left or right.
I glanced behind me, at the room I had just been in.
"Get dressed and be in the dining hall in ten minutes."
I took off, making it halfway down the hall before an unfamiliar male voice stopped me.
"My, my but you are a naughty girl. Didn't he tell you to get dressed?"
