Imagine: Archie being involved with you and another girl at the same time. You find out about one another and give him an ultimatum, "me or her". To your surprise, he actually looks unsure. Maybe the connection you had wasn't as strong to him as you thought it was.
"Forget it, Archie," the other girl says and begins to walk away. Instinctively, Archie begin to follow her, not wanting or meaning to hurt anyone in all this. As he turns to chase her, you feel your heart pounding and splitting. He had chosen her. Feeling heavy-hearted, you turn and draw your cardigan in at the sides to block you from the cold. The tears that run down your face burn your flushed cheeks and as you begin to shakily wipe them away, a warm pair of strong arms wrap around you from behind.
"Please don't go, Y/N, I need you," Archie whispers into your hair. "I love you".
