"Why don't you pay a little more attention to me, Jug?" I mutter and lean back on a nearby desk.
"I'm trying my best, Y/N-"
"All you do is hang out with that Betty Cooper. News flash, she's NOT your girlfriend!" I exclaim, raising my voice. "You know what, if she's so great why don't you date her?!"
"Y/N, please just listen to me. You are the only girl for me. Betty is just a friend".
"I see the way you look at her. I'm not happy being with someone that can't-"
"You're not happy?" he interrupts, his face smoothing out into an emotionless expression.
"Yeah... I'm-I'm not happy in this relationship". Jughead nods his head slowly and looks away.
"I get it," he whispers, pain evident in his voice, and leaves the room.
