Imagine (first person POV): Archie finding out why you've been so distant.
"Y/N, I just need to know why you're mad at me," Archie says, sitting on the railing of my porch.
"I'm not mad at you, Archie. I just don't want to talk about it," I respond, feeling tears gloss over my eyes.
"Let me be there for you. Whatever is making you this upset, let me fix it".
"I don't think you can bring people back from the dead, Archie," I reply coldly, and cover my eyes with my hands. I know I shouldn't be taking it out on him, this is just misplaced anger running me.
"Oh my god, baby, I'm so sorry," Archie whispers, and bends down to the level of where I sit. "I'm right here. Just cry on me". My body trembles, but I feel myself steadied by Archie.
"I-I" I begin but break down, unable to speak.
"I've got you. I love you," he murmurs, rocking me gently.
