"It would never work Thomas, stop being so oblivious." Virgil says bluntly.

"Well it mi-" Thomas was cut off my the sound of the doorbell.

"I'll get it." Joan says, already on their way to the door.

They open the door to see a... Toddler?

"Um, hello little one. Are you lost?" Joan asked you.

"My mommy said she can't take care of me anymore. And that she was a friend of a Mr. Sanders. She said she was sorry to drop me off and run, but she needed someone to watch me. I'm Y/n." You said while anxiously twiddling your thumbs and twisting your fingers.

"I'm Joan," they led you inside. "That's Virgil, Roman, Logan, Patton, Talyn, and Thomas." They motioned to the people as they said their names.

"This is Y/n. I guess their mom knew Thomas and dropped her off for him to take care of." Joan shrugged.

"Thomas why don't you figure this out, Joan and I have to go." Talyn said, as they grabbed their things and left.

"What's you mother's name?" Thomas asked.

"Y/m/n." His eyes widened and he nodded as if he knew why you where there.

"Oh my gosh they're so cute!" Patton squealed. "Can we keep them, oh please please please!!!"

Everyone looked at Thomas who nodded in response.

"Ohh! I know! Let's go color!" The 'grown' man yelled. He took your hand and led you to the table where the two of you began to color.

The other three figured out sleeping arrangements and such.

*First day of school*

"Be brave for me kiddo!" Patton cried.

You giggled, "Of course dad!"

He hugged you tightly, as did the others, and you got on your bus and went to school.

"She's growing up too fast!" Patton sobbed, causing Logan to hug him.

As they all silently agreed, your bus disappeared around the corner.

*First play you star in*

Being raised by Thomas, you fell in love with theater just like him.

Roman and Thomas helped you rehearse, Logan helped you keep your grades up so you could be in the play, and Virgil was currently coaxing you out of your anxious state.

"W-what if I mess up the whole th-thing? I-I can't do this!" You cried just before you were to preform.

"Hey, hey look at me." Virgil said, and you looked at him.
