You sat on the bed at the doctor's office.
You're stomach has been hurting on and off the past couple of weeks. So here you are.
The doctor re-entered the room with a clipboard.
"Alright Ms. L/n, I have found the source of your issue."
He paused, so you nodded at him to continue.
"You're six weeks pregnant." He said.
You froze, 'WHAT?' You mentally yelled. 'But you didn't... Oh.'
"Ma'am, you alright?" The doctor spoke, waving his hand in front of your face.
You shook your head, "Yeah just surprised."
Then you left the doctor's office.
When you got home, all the lights were off but the hallway was lit up with small candles, and colored with red rose petals.
You followed the path out to the backyard.
There was a small table with two trays and two candles. A heart shape made of pedals surrounded it.
Thomas was seated on one of the seats, but stood up when he noticed you.
You walked over to him, he took hold of your hand and kissing your knuckles softly.
You blushed, and he pulled out your chair and you sat down.
You two talked quietly about anything and everything while you ate.
Afterwords, Thomas began to speak.
"Y/n, you are the smartest most beautiful, and kindest woman I have ever met, " he got down on one knee. " Y/n M/n L/n, will you marry me." He spoke.
You gasped and began to cry, you couldn't talk so you just frantically shook your head.
"I couldn't be happier." He whispered into your hair as you hugged him.
"Yes you could." You said, he pulled back and sent you a questioning look.
You smiled, "I'm pregnant." You said.
He gasped and hugged you tighter than before, but being cautious of your stomach.
"I love you so much." He said, his voice showing that he was crying.
"I love you too." You smiled crying as well.
