Part Eleven

Jontae' POV

      "Amina make sure you have a good eye on Paisley, you know how busy she gets," I warned before making my way into my office.

I pulled out my phone dialing Major's number, to see what was his deal. Ever since things went down with him and Bee he's been laying low not really associating himself with anyone. For the past two weeks when I would call he would forward my call, whenever I showed up to his place he would leave a nigga knocking with no answer.

       "Man why the fuck you keep calling me?" he snapped finally taking my call. "Common sense would have told you to stop checking in my now."
     "Well I guess I don't have no sense then. You really been acting like a bitch lately, staying cooped up in this crying yo eyes out nigga man the fuck up!" I boosted trying to get a reaction.

I figured I had giving him more than enough time to get over what happen and fight to get his family. Honesty when I heard what happen I was sure Major had snapped and wanted to end them both but when I spoke to him about it, he more than sure he he hadn't done it which means we need to figure out who did.

      "I've been looking into that shit you told me about and honesty I don't see how someone could have gotten in the house."
     "Maybe you're not looking in the right places. Why in the fuck would I shoot her and then myself knowing damn well my kids would be alone? We're missing something and yo ass needs to find out what! I wanna know who tried to kill me and my fucking wife!"

I nodded as if he could see me saying, "Aight bitch I'll look more but you need to get yo ass up and get back to work this shit don't run itself."
      "Whatever. I'll see you at the spot later," just as I was about to speak the phone beeped letting me know his bitch ass had hung up.

Shaking my head I grabbed a blunt and some bud rolling up, I couldn't help but think of all this shit my family and friends have gone through.  This shooting is by far the worst, we all look up to Bee and Major's marriage in some type of way and now that they're not together shit just seem different.

Mina and I have been distance lately due to her always complaining about me always being at work. Hell I wouldn't be putting as many hours as I am if Major was able to show up. I shook my thoughts taken a seat at my desk lighting one end of the blunt taking a long much needed drag. Business wis doing better than we both could expect so when I don't have to be in the warehouse I'm sitting back enjoying the fruits of my labor. Just as I get halfway through the blunt I hear a loud bang, I wasted no time jumping up running out office to see what was going on. Maybe Amina or the kids had dropped something by mistake, throughout the kitchen was empty. The living room was completely empty, I headed For the stairs yelling, "Aye Mina what the hell was that?" however I got no responds.

        "Mina!" I check our room and the kids room, still nothing out off place and no one in sight. "What the fuck?! Amina I know damn well you hear me calling you!"

Soon as I got outside to check the pool area and no one was there I started to panic just a little. I dialed her phone waiting for her to answer, I didn't wanna start jumping to conclusions about anything because maybe she went over Bee house or made a store run.

       "You've reached Amina sorry I can't answer your call right now, hit me back later!" the line beeped but I ended the call.

     "Where the hell is she?" I asked myself. "I know damn well she didn't-" I was cut off hearing what sounded like Mina's phone from the living room.

I rushed into the room now noticing her phone, the kids cups, her glass of wine knocked over and a note stuck to the t.v.

       "If you want your family back, get ready to pay up" I frown my face trying to figure out what the hell is going on.

     "Amina stop playing with my kids now you know I'm not far these type of games!" I looked around still standing in total silence waiting for someone to come out.

The sound of my phone ringing snaps me from my thoughts, "What's up Ron?"

      "Aye Juice, we need to meet up right now! It's some shit going down right now as we speak!" he said.
      "Aight but give a minute I can't find Amina or the twins and her damn phone right here."

       "Swear? Fuck man! Aight look, I think somebody kidnapped our families. I can't find Amber nor my kids, I did find a note on my t.v. saying, "if I wasted my family got ready to pay up" I looked everywhere, called everyone but she's not there. I'm telling you some not right, who the fuck we got fire with more?" Ron says making me start to think the same fucking thing.

      "You have any idea who it could be? What else did they leave?" I questioned snatching up my keys alone with Mina's phone heading out the house.
       "Hell naw but we gone find out so I can send they ass to hell!" I jumped in my Ford F150 and smashed out the driveway.

I can't believe motherfuckers still wanna play with my family like I won't shut Atlanta down. Literally!

Amina POV

I fluttered my eyes open trying to adjust my vision to the bright Sun that was shinning through the large window. "Mama I eat, eat?" Legend whined tapping my face like he always did in the morning.

Taking a scan of the room I instantly knew I wasn't in my home. I can't remember much about what happen last night besides the twins and I were watching TV when all of a sudden I hear a loud sound I wanted to go see what had happen but decided against it and everything after that goes blank. I didn't notice anything that looked familiar or see anyone who could have done this. I didn't want to panic and scary my kids so I stayed calm and started thinking of ways I could get us the hell out of here.

       "Okay baby, mama's gonna get you something give me one second," the minute I stood to my feet my head started spinning like a windmill.
       "I think you should sit down for a while until the drugs wears off, besides I have food for the kid" some guys voice say before a masked man cones over to the cage we were locked in. "The food isn't poison or anything I wouldn't do that to the kids and you're worth more alive,I'll kill you after I get paid."

     "Who are you? How do you have us?" I asked taking my seat so that the dizzy feeling would go away.
      "Don't worry about all that, you'll find out soon enough."
