I was gloomily walking down the corridor.

In the eight hours I had slept last night, I must have woken up at least ten times, to see if my possible final day, and also Nazira's, to live in here, in the academy has begun yet.

When Pruthvi couldn't, Leena took over and tried to sooth my anxiousness. She came up with another idea, that she would try and convince Ira, to convince Doctor in turn, to change his mind about Nazira coming along with me. And I was still, for some time now, waiting for a favorable news from her.

Today at breakfast, when I did not see Nazira, I was told that it wasn't only me, but she had also skipped the last night's dinner. I had no idea about her, but I had my own reasons. It was just too difficult to see her, especially after the dreaded iinformation Makara had given us.

I was asked to meet Doctor in the evening at his cabin and it was what I was heading for. My hands were in my pockets, my eyes down at the floor, I was still quite uptight about his decision of including Nazira. From the past year I have been so wanting to know the secret behind the name- The Fire of vengeance. Now that I actually knew why, I wished I wasn't made aware about it at all. Living with a secret was bad, getting to know about it felt even worse.

I digged deep and came to conclusion that there were two main concerns, that were killing me from inside.

One, Nazira is a distraction, a sweet distraction which, at the moment, I cannot dare to afford. Two, Pruthvi do not have to go through everything again- the pain of losing a family and I become the reason for it.

I pulled myself out of my negative thoughts, as soon as I entered the training room. And then I stopped dead in my track when I saw Nazira, after many brooding hours, now standing against the cabin's door. She, in her the same peach ethnic wear that I had seen her for the first time in person, was keenly observing King Harsh's statue. She noticed me only when I walked closer.

"Doctor asked me to meet him here," she signaled answering my blank expression.

I didn't ask her why. Reason was so obvious.

"I was waiting for you to open the door," she continued.

I sighed deeply, dragging my eyes off her innocent face. Quietly walking towards Doctor's cabin, I  placed my stone inside the knob, feeling my heart heavy when she came over to follow me inside.

As the door opened, I noticed Doctor looking down, reading a parchment. The sound of the cabin door alerted him and he quickly put the parchment away.

"Aah both of you, come in. Take your seat," he said, being all relaxed, pointing at the front of his table.

I pulled the chair for her. Avoiding her gaze, I occupied the next one beside her, in a genuine hope for Doctor to say something regarding the change in his plan. The way he was acting, it was as if he was sending us to a pleasure trip and that we were going to return soon with lots of fun filled memories.

He ignored me and went for Nazira first. "You- are-going," he said strictly, moving his lips as slow as he could, yet stressing on words. "Nothing is going to change my decision."

I looked at Nazira, to see her reaction. She was having her head down, disappointment sweeping over her face. Then it struck me. Had she been still requesting Doctor over what I had asked her? That was what she had been doing last night?

"Hayden," said Doctor, "it came to my knowledge you are still not okay with the job."

"I am okay with job," I said, rudely, "I am not at all satisfied with what you are doing to her."
