"Oh yeah of course and bet she gave y'all a fit at night too. Nas always lets her sleep on his chest before laying her down so i can only imagine how she was acting with y'all." I say as he came around the corner with her and the dogs. "I need to let them out" he says as I pushed my plate back wiping my hands off before taking her from him. "Okay daddy, hey baby girl you're up now" I smiled kissing on her as Nas left out. "Yo...WHAT THE FUCK" I heard him yell leaving out the house before hearing gunshots making my heart drop.....

"Fuuuuuck, here get her it's too cold out there" I say quickly handing Nasira over to one of them. Yes we're in the middle of January still,  just in case some forgot. Running to see what was going on I didn't see Nas but I sure did hear the dogs growling and barking up a storm. I also seen tire marks on my driveway as if someone was swerving but that's besides the point where was Nasir's ass and why wasn't he responding to me.

"ONIKA YOU DONT NEED A JACKET" I heard someone call out as I kept walking ignoring them looking for Nas. Turning the corner my heart dropped when I seen him laying there helplessly. "NAS" I screaming running over to him as fast as I could. "BABY" I say dropping to my knees cradling his head. "BABY WAKE UP.....OHHH GOD" I panicked shaking him as tears burned my eyelids. Removing my hands to check his pulse I seen they were bloody as my eyes grew searching around him to see has he been shot and sure enough he was.

"Ahhh" he says wincing making me jump back instantly crying. "You're up baby, I'm sorry" I say seeing the blood was coming from his shoulder. Didn't even realize he was bleeding a lot until he tried moving his legs yelling out in even more pain. Checking him out he was also shot in the knee. "Oh noooooo. Babyyyyy O-OH MY GA-OHMYGAAAAAWD" I cried as he tried calming me. "C-call the p-police baby" he says as I was still lost in my thoughts trying to figure shit out. "NIC CALL 911" he yells as I came back to earth crying and screaming out for help hearing the girls run out.

Well Justine and thembi since Candi was inside with Nasira. "What's wr-OH SHIT" Justine says as thembi called for help. "Yooooo no way who did this shit and how the hell they even get in" she says as I shrugged. "I don't fucking know, Nas baby stay with me" I say sniffling rocking him in my arms before pecking his lips. "He's in and out of but they got him in the shoulder and knee" I say crying all over again. "They on their way Nic. Damn girl it's cold out here y'all gone get sick especially you" thembi says as I shrugged hugging Nasir closer to me.

I didn't care at this point and besides our body heat is what was keeping each other warm or least mine was keeping him warm. "I...." he says with a cough as I say up wiping my face hearing the ambulance coming around the corner. "You what baby" I ask as he looked up at me. "Love you" he says before closing his eyes. "No....no no no no NO Nasir wake up baby" I say still holding his head sitting up on my knees holding his head up. "STAY WITH ME" I yell as the paramedics ran over to us with a stretcher.

"Excuse me are you his wife" a guy says as I nodded. "We're gonna ask you to step back so we can get him and have you meet us at the hospital. There you can speak with our officers and let us know everything that took place." He says as I moved out the way. "Be careful with him he's been shot in the shoulder and knee." I say hearing him wince in pain. "And his lower chest ma'am" a lady says as I grew furious.wh-WHAT" I yell out rushing over to him but was pushed back as they took him to the truck.

"No move let me ride with him" I say as they started hooking him up to shit. "LET ME RIDE WITH MY FUCKING HUSBAND DAMMIT" I yell breaking free. "Let her on" the driver says as they helped me up. "Wait, yall meet us there" I say to the girls as they nodded. "Oh god my baby" I say reaching for Nasir's cold hands holding and kissing on them. "Yall....please HURRY" I cried as we took off. This shit was going to be all on the news and blogs I already know and I honestly don't know if I can take the shits.

"Would you like a warm blanket miss" a paramedic ask as I looked up. "Sure" I say because I was done denying that I was cold. "Do you guys have any kids at home" she says writing things down as I sighed wiping my face. "We have a two month old daughter who's currently in her God mothers care. They'll be meeting us at the hospital" I say as she nodded. Hopefully they let the others know what's going on because I don't have anything on me everything's at home. Arriving the instantly took him off to the back as I sat in the private waiting area.

"Damn come here baby" Candi says walking over to me with open arms to hug me as I cried in her chest. Nasira was sleeping in her car seat,  thank god. "I just know it was quan or that Michelle bitch I swear once I leave up out of here I'm killing bitches..." I say now bouncing my leg quickly with nothing but anger built up inside me. "Well every FAMILY members are on their way, we got everything covered for you sis and no you're not about to leave our sight with all this going on. We know what you're capable of and don't need yo ass in jail" she says as I sighed.

"Girl I don't give a fuck about all that shit, somebody got me and my husband all the way fucked up and dammit I'm not settling for this mess any longer" I say now standing up pacing back and forth. "I need to see my husband can I please go back there" I say to the lady at the desk as she shook her head. "Now with me I'd surely let you but the door is being guarded and it's against the rules. Doctors orders" she says as I nodded. Didn't even want to curse her out since she was so nice with her response.

"Yall got her some milk" I ask as they nodded. "Okay, lemme see one of yalls keys" I say holding my hand out. "Why where you trying to go" Candi says. "I'll be back just let me see your keys" I say calmly as she shook her head no. "No but here's your purse" she says handing it to me as I smacked my teeth. "Wow, thanks I guess" I say rolling my eyes taking it before sitting down looking for my phone. Seeing that I had tons of missed called I came across a few voicemails and the one I opened had me fuming.
