The rest of the morning goes by fast and before I know it I'm standing in the lunch line with a tray in my hands. I sigh and look at the time on my phone. I thought it took a long time to get through the lunch line at my old school, here it's much worse.

I finally get my food and look around the cafeteria for Niall or the boys I met this morning. I spot Zayn in the corner so I walk over to him.

"Hey." I say when I reach him. Zayn, Harry, Louis and two other girls are at the table, but no Niall yet.

"Hey Rain." Zayn says back. He must see me glancing at the other girls at the table because he introduces them. "Oh, uh this is my girlfriend Paige, and Harry's girlfriend Heather." Paige looks short but muscular, probably a gymnast, with short blonde hair. Heather is average height with curly black hair that cascades down her back.

"Hey, I'm Rain." I say and wave at them. They smile back and I turn my attention back to Zayn. "Where's Niall?"

"Probably picking up his own girlfriend." Louis says. I nod before looking at my tray, There is a hamburger on it with a patty that doesn't actually look like real meat between the buns. I sigh before pushing the tray into the middle of the table.

"That open game?" A voice says from behind me. I whip my head around to see Niall standing there his hands interlocked with another girl's.

"Help yourself. I don't feel like eating horse meat." I say. Niall laughs before sitting next to me and grabbing the burger off of the tray.

"This is my girlfriend Audrey." He says gesturing to the girl.

"Hey I'm Rain." I say.

"So I've heard." She says. "I love your shoes." She looks down at my feet and  everyone at the table, including me, does the same.

"Thanks. So who was that kid that talked to me earlier?" I ask no one in particular.

"Liam Payne. We've played on the same soccer team since 6th grade. He's always tried to make himself look like the bad guy but he's alright." Niall says.

"Hm. He's kind of intimidating."I say.

"Well yeah. But I promise I wouldn't have left you alone with him if I thought he was going to do something bad." I nod as a bell rings. Everyone stands up so i do the same dumping what is left on my tray and putting it where the others are.

"What's your next class?" Audrey asks me.

"Uh- Literature with Cox." I answer her. She smiles.

"That's my class too. We can walk together! Hashtag bonding!!!" She says excitedly. I laugh with her and follow her down the hallway.
