I'm about 90% positive that I walked into school today like a zombie off of the walking dead. I barely got any sleep because my thoughts were occupied by Liam. I didn't bother to try with my outfit either. I'm in soccer sweats, a t-shirt, tennis shoes, and my hair is in a high ponytail.
I pull into the parking lot with my straight black coffee in my hand. Parking quickly I grab my bag and walk inside the school. The first person I run into is Audrey.
"So how was 'working' with Liam?" She asks using air quotes around the word working when she says it. She wiggles her eyebrows slightly making me smile and roll my eyes.
"We didn't do anything but he did something after we ended the Skype call." I say. Her eyes go wide and she stops in her tracks and turns to me.
"Omg what did he do!?"
"Geez calm down. He just tried to kiss me and I told him no then he stormed out." I shrug.
"WHAT!!!" I cover my ears at the loudness of her voice. "WHY!?"
"Because I don't like him like that. I'm not even sure if I like him at all at this point."
"Even if I didn't like him I would let him kiss me if I was you. He is hot as hell." I roll my eyes and we start walking. We walk all the way to my locker where Louis and Niall are standing.
"Hey guys." I say as we approach them. Audrey runs into Niall's arm and I give Louis a quick hug. I open my locker and put all of the books I don't need in it. I slam it shut and turn around to see all three of them looking at me.
"What's your problem?" Niall asks. I scrunch my eyebrows together.
"What? Nothing." I say. He raises on eyebrow slightly.
"You seem pissed."
"Just frustrated." I run a hand over my face as I say this and sigh. I drop my hand back to my side and Louis slings an arm around my shoulder.
"So Niall, Harry, Zayn and I were talking yesterday and thought we should take you to the group initiation." He says. I give him a crazy look.
"The group what?" I say.
"Initiation. You have to do something crazy to be accepted into our group."
"Seriously this is my second day at this school and you want me to be in your 'group' already?"
He throws his head back in laughter and laughs. "Yep"
I shrug. "Alright. When? Where? And what? It can't be anything to do with seafood. I'm allergic."
He smiles. "Oh don't worry you'll see later. How about this Friday after soccer?"
"Sure." I break eye contact with him and he takes his arm off my shoulder. I look up and down the hallway and lock eyes with Liam. I give him a small smile but he looks away, making me from. However, I frown even more when I see a girl planting kisses up and down his neck. I look back up to his eyes and he shrugs at me before leaning down and whispering something in the girl's ear. She turns and looks at me and we make eye contact and she smirks. He grabs her hand and walks in our direction. I let out a groan and all heads snap to me.
I simply point in his direction and they copy my groan. Liam and the girl push through the group until they are standing directly in front of me. I'm leaning against the lockers so Liam puts his unoccupied arm next to my head. "Hey." He says.
"Hi." I say shortly. My eyes snap to the girl and then back to him.
"Oh how rude of me. Rain this is Sophia." He says. I turn to her to say hi but she scoffs and rolls her eyes, speaking before I get a chance.
"What kind of a name is Rain?" She says chomping on her gum. I raise my eyebrows looking past Liam and to the friends standing behind him who's mouths have dropped open. I smirk at her.
"I think your ponytail may be hurting your head." I say before pushing through their intertwined hands and to my friends. "Can we go somewhere else?" They all nod and we walk to the other end of the hallway. I look back for a split second and see Liam standing with his fists clenched at his sides. I turn back around just as we turn the corner of the hallway and I hear what sounds like a foot hitting a locker.
I roll my eyes my arms reaching up to fix my ponytail. I open my mouth to say something but the bell cuts me off.
"Ready?" Niall asks. I nod and we start towards Chemistry. A class with Liam in it.
