It's dark and cold outside, and I'm still at Jennifer's. I don't know what I'm still doing here because everyone is sleeping by now, even Jen. I think I should call Austin to come get me, because I'm scared of walking in the dark, a little escorting wouldn't harm. Right?

I can sleep over, but I wanna see my room.

After what it felt like 17 calls, he still hasn't picked up his bloody phone, maybe I must text him.

Me: hi big bro O:-)

Me: Can you come get me...pls pls pls pls... I'm scared .
I'd do anything

Me: Are you like sleeping rn

Me: Austin pls... Wake up

Me: Jennifer said she wants to kiss you so badly

Austie: What??????? She wants 2 kiss meh

Austie: Ava are you still there

Me: No hey I'm in Paris & it's now u answer? Wow! And no, Jen would never kiss you

Me: So are you coming to get me now

Austie: Why must I come and get u ?cnt u just wlk or smthng

Me: I'm scared to walk there. What if someone kidnaps me?

Austie: You mean you're afraid of the dark

Me: Please Austie??? Do it for your little sister... Although you're a year older than me?

Austie: Who the hell is Austie?

Me: You are... Duh???

Austie: Whatever, as long as you dnt call me that again

Me: So you're coming???

Austie: No shit Ava...

He's finally coming, thank goodness. All I want to do is just get home and jump on my bed and hope that the Sandman kicks me into slumber .

I get out of Jennifer's room slowly yet quietly and go down the stairs. "Ava? Are you leaving dear?" I quickly look at who's talking, and I see a feminine face looking at me brightened by the light of the TV. It's Cate.

"Holy Christmas, you scared the hell out of me, yeah, I have to go. Austin is waiting outside for me, so."

"No I understand, but why must Austin wait for you exactly? It's 2am for Pete's sake. Where is Jennifer?" She asks letting out a huge yawn. "Well it is dark outside and I'm not a fan of darkness, it creeps me out. Therefore Austin insisted on escorting me. Jen is in her room sleeping."

"Oh, well honey why didn't you just ask me to do it instead?" And then I heard someone yell outside "Ava!" I'm taking its Austin.

"Well that's my que, I guess,I'll see you tomorrow then?" Not even waiting for an answer I get out of the house, hoping that it's not cold.

I start shivering the moment I let my foot out, maybe I should have stayed inside and slept at Jens. "Austin?!" I yell as I tuck my frozen hands under my armpits, looking for Austin everywhere. I probably look like some mad teenager looking for her lost phone."Ava, what the fuck are you looking for?" I hear a familiar voice echoing in my head. It's Austin. I ran up to him and jumped on his back so that he can give me a piggyback ride. "Ava, I'm only doing this because I feel pity for you also beca-" I interrupt him. "Because I'm light?" I said finishing his sentence for him, hahahaha yep that's me. He scoffs and just keeps on walking. Does that mean I'm really light?
