"Excuse me" I said clearing my throat, and just like that they both separate from each other.
The girl looked annoyed and the boy just had a blank face.

"Honey if you're looking for the dumpster you can ask the janitor" She said looking at me from head to toe, I knew she was referring to what I'm wearing but I didn't care what people said I like being comfy so screw her.

"Honey you're in my dorm so if you'd like to step outside it would make things easier for us" I said copping her "plus I don't look like I came from the candy store I mean look at you" I continued looking at her from head to toe. So maybe I didn't tell you guys about this side of me, you see I hate when people think they're better then everyone and walks all over people, me being me I defend myself.

She gasped then looked at the boy next to her "Aren't you going to say anything?" but all he did was shrug.

She looked furious "Don't ever try to call me or text me, you asshole"

"Whatever" he said with a yawn, with that the girl stood up and walked out. I didn't say anything to the guy, I didn't even wanted to talk to him nor get to know him, so I just took my bags and walked in.

"Which room is mine?" So maybe I had to talk to him but just for this question.

"The one next to mine" I rolled my eyes and walked to the corridor, I spotted a room that had "DO NOT ENTER" sign on it so I assumed it must be his room, next to his was my room, I went inside and to my surprise it was nice, it was original, a bed; a desk; a closet; there was a door connected to my room so I opened it to see a bathroom and another door, so I also walked in only to see another room and on the bed was my roommate.

"Are you kidding me right now?" I mumbled to myself, not only I had a boy as my roommate but also we had to share a bathroom. Life keeps on getting better and better .

He looked up from his phone looking at me

"Sorry for walking in like that" I didn't let him say anything and walked out of his room toward mine. I began unpacking my stuff then went to the kitchen to make dinner since it was already six, I opened the fridge and saw nothing in there.

I sight and went to my room to get some money, I needed to go to a store and buy food, knowing I don't have a car I had to ask my roommate to take me if he had a car.

I knocked on his door and waited after a moment he opened the door with only a towel on I tried my best to stay focused on what I'm here for and played it cool.

"Get dressed we're going to the store" I told him

"Why can't you go alone don't you have a car or something? "

"No I don't, unless you want to starve yourself get dressed" I said trying my best to stay calm

"What if I don't want to be seen with you" he said eyeing me up and down. Ouch that hurts, no matter what people will always judge you.

"if that's the case then don't bother changing I can walk alone" I mumbled then turned around walking toward the door.

"Wait give me one minute and I'll be ready" he said but I had enough for today.

"Don't bother" I said then walked out I went to the nearest store which happened to be a 15 minute walk and bought whatever we needed for the kitchen.
There was plenty of bags I had to carry on my own to the dorm but I didn't complain I could do it.

After five minutes of walking I saw a car pull up next to me I looked at the driver's seat and you guessed it, it was my roommate.

"Need help with those" he asked a smirk on his face. I ignored him and start walking toward our dorm.

"You know no need to ignore me I'm just trying to help you" but I still ignore him "Okay fine... I'm sorry about what happened earlier I was trying to tease you, now can you please get inside the car" I looked at him and smiled

"You finally realised you were a jerk and apologized, how sweet of you" i said smirking. He rolled his eyes

"Get in already" he said slightly annoyed I chuckled at him and I saw him smiling a bit.

"So what do you want for dinner" I asked

"oh oh, can we have mac N cheese, please? " he said like a seven year old kid

"Sure why not"

When we arrived at the apartment he helped me put away the groceries and I start cooking dinner, when I finished we went inside the living room.

"What do you want to watch? " he asked me

"Oh oh, can we watch 21 Jump Street?" Now it was my turn to act like a child, he chuckled at this but soon replied "Sure"

" good because Dave Franco and Channing Tatum are too hella hot guys" I said which I earned me from my roommate another chuckle.

When the movie ended, I turned to my roommate (who I still don't know his name) just to say a few rules since we will be living in this dorm together.

"Listen I have a few rules since we will be living in this dorm together and if you have some then you can tell me" I had his full attention and he nodded at me to continue.

"Okay so the first thing is no girls allowed in our dorm"

"But-"

"You can have a one night stand in some other places but not here, understood?"

"Fine"

"Number two, since we will both be living here we have to split our chores because I can't do it all on my own"

"What do you want me to do?"

"Well you will do the laundry and I will take care of dinner and the kitchen, as for the rooms everyone will take care of his own room"

"Okay then"

"And one more thing you can not come at night drunk please" I think he noticed the double meaning to this but he didn't question and I was grateful for that.

"Those are my rules, if you have any rules to say then go for it"

"I just have two rules, one no boys allowed in here and two you cannot go anywhere without telling me" He said, I didn't argue with him and nodded then yawned

"I'm going to sleep, tomorrow will be our first day at university we don't want to be late" I said getting up and walking to my room after telling him goodnight.
