" Listen Up! " Uriah shouts

" I know you've had some background about the initiation process but don't expect us to go easy on you." I say

" Every one has potential here to become an official Dauntless member but remember only 10 of you will pass initiation and that includes the transfers. " says Uriah

"So you need to work your hardest here because you are 15 in number and the transfers are also 15 in number." I say

All the initiates are all just standing there like being know it alls.

"UNDERSTOOD?!" I shout

They were shocked to hear me shout so they immediately stand up straight.

"Yes." They reply in monotone

"Okay I'm Tris and my partner here is Uriah. We'll be your instructors until the end of initiation. Uriah here will explain the things that we will be doing today." I say

"The first thing you will learn today is how to shoot a gun. The second thing is how to win a fight." says Uriah (Divergent Chapter 8)

"Before we start let me explain something first. Initiation is divided into three stages. We will measure your progress and rank you according to your performance in each stage. The stages are not weighed equally in determining your final rank, so it is possible, though difficult, to drastically improve your rank over time." I say (Divergent Chapter 8)

Well that's a mouthful of advice and knowledge at the same time. I press a gun to one of the initiates palm which I did not intend to give to Jennifer.

"We believe that preparation eradicates cowardice, which we define as the failure to act in the midst of fear." says Uriah

"Therefore each stage of initiation is intended to prepare you in a different way . The first stage is primarily physical; the second, primarily emotional; the third, primarily mental." I say

A boy yawns and asks,

"Firing a gun is bravery? Is Dauntless stupid right now?"

I pick up a gun and press the barrel against the boy's forehead. The boy freezes and now looks like a scared child.

"What's your name?" I ask with my tough voice

"Lionel." the boy mumbles

"Well then, Wake Up!" I shout

Then I fire a shot above his head.

"You're holding a loaded gun, you idiot. Act like it." I say in a low scary voice

Lionel just nods in reply.

"So Everybody watch Uriah then after that you'll practice with others!" I shout

So Uriah leads them to the training area and teaches them the basic moves. I just watch in the sidelines. After that they pair themselves up then starts training with each other. Uriah comes up then talks to me.

"You were so bad ass Tris!" says Uriah

"I was just pissed off." I reply

"Yeah you were." says Uriah

"After that we need lesson of firing a gun?" I ask

"Yeah." replies Uriah

I'm watching a show and I'll update later.
