Tsukiko cradled the young boy close to her, as she followed the older brother through the village. She was worried, as his mind seemed dazed and confused. She also sensed his mind's vague awareness of increasing nausea and suspected he'd suffered some kind of head injury.
What concerned her most, though was the feeling that something... or someone... was controlling what she would say, and it scared her. To not be in control... Currently, it seemed that she shared a goal with whoever... or whatever was controlling her actions.
She shook off the confusing thoughts, as they stepped through the gateway into what appeared to be a compound. The boy led her straight to the biggest house, and standing in the doorway, she watched as he called out for help.
A beautiful woman with long black hair and dark eyes threw open the door, her face filled with concern. When she saw the boy in Tsukiko's arms, and the filthy mess of the older children, she ushered them both in immediately. Tsukiko worried for Naruto, but she also wanted to make sure that Sasuke would be alright and allowed herself to be herded in and the woman's husband arrived to give both her and Itachi a towel to dry off with, while the mother tended to her wounded son. Tsukiko glanced back out into the downpour, and when neither boy nor father was looking, slipped back out into the rain, to return to her waiting little brother, now that things were under control there.
