Chunin Exams and Foreign Ninja

After training, Tsukiko told the girls to have the rest of the day to themselves, she herself having been extremely distracted since returning from the last mission. It bothered Nanami, that her sensei seemed so troubled, but she and the other two weren't certain as to how to approach the situation.

But at least they knew the rumors were a hoax, about Tsukiko and Kakashi being related anyway.

Before parting ways, Tsukiko paused.

"Oh, just a quick reminder," she said. "The Chunin Exams are coming up, so expect to see some visitors from other villages around. Be on your best behavior, and no fighting."

"Hey, why's everyone looking at me?" Aki demanded.

"I'm not," Nanami joked.

"I'm not falling for that again," Aki sighed. "Right, strangers'll be here, no fighting, be good, yadda yadda yadda..."

"Yeah," Tsukiko said distractedly, turning to leave.

"Hey, sensei," Aiyanna called. "Are you... okay?"

"Yeah, don't mind me," Tsukiko responded. "There's some stuff I need to sort out, for these exams, so I'll leave you to your own devices for now."

There was a poof, and Nanami was no longer able to sense Tsukiko's presence.

"She's gone..." Aki sighed. "Now what?"

"How about we hit the Dango shop?" Aiyanna suggested. "Then we can go shopping or something after that."

"Ugh, shopping," Aki groaned.

Nanami chuckled as they set off, pausing when she overheard a commotion nearby.

"Hey, what's going on over there?" Aki questioned, the three girls stopping. "Looks like Naruto's in a bit of trouble... wait, who's the kid, and who's the guy in the catsuit?"

"That's Konohamaru, the Third's grandson," Aiyanna said. "Are they fighting?"

"Sensei said no- Nanami!"

Nanami was able to catch the fist of the stranger, and a stone thrown by Sasuke, whom she detected from within a tree.

"Throwing stones is incredibly dangerous, Sasuke," she said, dropping the stone casually. "And whoever you are, I'm sure you wouldn't be picking a fight in the village since it would be disrespectful towards the village hosting you."

She squeezed his wrist, and he dropped Konohamaru in order to try and pry her hand off.

"Nanami!" Aki yelled, catching up. "Sensei said no fighting!"

"We're just having a discussion, isn't that right?" Nanami said calmly, releasing the boy's arm as Konohamaru ran over to Naruto.

"Great, more wimps to tick me off," he growled.

"What was that?!" Aki snapped.

"Tch," Sasuke crushed the second stone he had been about to throw when Nanami intervened. "Get lost."

There was some squealing from Sakura and some other girl. Nanami thought she heard Aki mutter under her breath 'that was pretty cool...' though Aiyanna seemed to want to just get everyone to cool off and leave.

"Look, if you guys insist on picking a fight, it's only a matter of time before a jonin takes notice," Aiyanna said. "You two probably have somewhere you need to be, and we should all be heading off too."
