As promised an update after 1K read. This would have been two parts but I've left it as one, hopefully you enjoy.

Warning: 14+.

"Simon! I'm trying to cook", I agitatedly said with a slightly risen voice as Simon through some flour down on the counter right next to where I was working creating a flour cloud. I looked up to find a cheeky grin covering his face and I couldn't help but form a small smile myself.

"I was trying to help", Simon replied, trying to be serious for a split second, before he started to giggle. I couldn't help but giggle a little too; he was just too cute when he was laughing.

After we'd contained ourselves we continued to make our meal, or I did at least. I'd just about finished making the pizza dough base when out of the corner of my eye I saw a stream of flour advancing down the counter. I jerked my head to the right to find Simon had ever so slightly ripped part of the bag making flour flow out of the newly created hole. I placed a hand on my hip and asked "How did you manage to do that?"

"I was trying to fold the top over, to put away when it tore", Simon said re-enacting what had occurred with his hands and the bag but more carefully this time. Once he'd finished I took the bag out of his hands and moved it to my side, where it wouldn't get damaged anymore.

"I even don't care Simon. I spill flour all the time you just don't see it because I clear up the mess", I replied after putting the bag down and standing in front of him. He took hold of my sides as I spoke.

"Well that's good (Y/N) because I'm probably going to make even more of a mess", he said pulling me closer. I hung my head as he spoke, sarcastically for a few seconds and when I lifted my head back up I was welcomed with a quick kiss. I looked into his joyful eyes before I removed his hands.

"So long as you're cleaning up Si I couldn't care less", I jokily said through a smile and before I turned away from him I saw his smile still in tacked.

I started to prepare the toppings whilst a towering Simon overlooked everything I was doing. He was less giggly and more concentrated now but just as clumsy. I felt his warm eyes on me a little too much so I rotated my head only to be greeted with an even bigger welcome; his eyes were wide and stuck to me.

"Um... Simon do you want to put the tomato sauce on the base?" I asked cautiously but positively.

"Yeah, sure", he replied a few seconds later, after dragging himself away from his trance.

"Alright well I'll be watching anyway if you need assistance", I state as I move the sauce over to him.

"What do you think I'll do with it, paint the walls?" He asks as he starts to cover the base.

"You might, never know really", I reply resting my hands onto the counter with outstretched arms then glance up at Si as he looks down at me. I hide my teeth but not my smile from him.

"Or I could do this", he says picking up the spoon, lathered in sauce, and moves it towards the base; at the last millisecond before it hit the dough he wacked the sauce over my face. It happened way too quickly for me to duck out of the way, however I should have at least expected it. It was something Simon would do and it shouldn't have been too much of a surprise.

My hands immediately met my luckily closed eyelids and my fingers wiped the sauce off them enough for me to find Simon's mouth covered by one hand. He seemed half pleased with himself and half shameful.

"Sorry (Y/N) I thought you'd move to be honest", he said guiltily. "But you still look really cute", he followed up with, stroking my cheeks gently, removing sauce as he did so and revealing my blushing cheeks.
