Hope you enjoy.

Simon unlocked the door, straightening his arm out for me to enter first. I smiled up to him as I walked through the threshold followed very shortly by Simon who closed the door behind him. We took off our shoes, kicking them down to their spots on the floor before I saw a faint red flash from the corner of my eye. I rotated my head round so that I was now staring the flicker dead on; it flashed every few seconds and was part of a camera poorly placed. Simon had caught my gaze and tracked down the camera moving to where it was resting.

"I think this is JJ's", he stated as he inspected it. I walked over to where Si and the camera were positioned, getting a better view. He lowered the camera down, whilst still holding it, so I could get a look.

"I think it might be JJ's but I'm more intrigued as to why it's here and recording", I curiously said. "Is he even in?" Simon looked down at his watch and then back up to face me.

"No, he should have left about 20 minutes ago if he kept to his timings and I think he has something hidden elsewhere. I think this camera was here just to catch our initial reactions or at least show we'd only just entered as the timer's on." Simon said calmly and showed me the time on the camera as he noticed it. I scanned our surrounding rooms in search for anything mysterious, out of place or any other hidden camera.

"Well it's just you, me and a surprise by the looks of it", I stated as I returned my view back to Simon who had stuck the camera back exactly where it had been in the same conditions, on and badly hidden, if you could call it hidden.

"Well it's you and me at least, I'm not too keen on the surprise part; maybe it's meant to capture the others seeing as everyone else is out too, or at least I'm hoping it's not meant for us", Simon replied eyeing the red dot to his right. My right hand found its way onto Simon's left arm and lured him away from the camera, focusing on me now. I gave him a smile which he returned.

"I don't want to think about it anymore, let's just go upstairs", I said jerking my head to the side whilst sliding my hand down Si's arm and stopping at his hand, tangling it in mine and urging him to move with me as a placed a foot down on the stairs. He reluctantly followed, keeping up with me until we reached our bedroom.

Once entering the room, I dragged Simon with me over to the bed so he wouldn't just wonder over to his computer. However he trailed along happily before sitting down next to me. He was still pretty smartly dressed in a long sleeved shirt and tight gripping jeans, the only untidy part now being he'd undone a few top buttons though I didn't care; I myself had let my hair down loosely and taken my smart wedges off leaving me in my casual dress. I felt uncomfortable in my outfit now, wanted to just lie down and I think my facial expressions spoke for me as Simon undid the back zip.

"Change into a baggy jumper or anything comfortable (Y/N). You don't need to dress up now", Simon sweetly said whilst looking at me and I smiled back.

"I think I'll have a shower first", I replied, facing Simon who was playing with my hair but he managed to nod in response. I started to back away, off the bed but he pulled me in for a soft kiss before allowing me to leave.

I chose a baggy blue jumper and some plain black leggings from the wardrobe, taking them with me into the bathroom. I casually walked in, about to place my fresh clothes down for later but stopped when a humungous snake unwelcomingly met my eyes. I hated snakes, I loathed every single snake, and now there happened to be one in the bathroom. My frozen hands gripped so tightly to the clothes in my hands before they were released, falling onto the floor, a few feet away for the terror.

"Simon!" I screamed as I slowly backed away until Simon's chest pressed against my back and his arms instantly wrapped around me protectively. We were stood just outside the bathroom in silence and my wide eyes wouldn't advert from the snake.
