May have been inspired by Shawn Mendes' new music video.

Paris, cliché, yet so wonderful.

This was mine and Simon's last night in Paris before we had to leave for London in the morning. The trip had been so special, but tonight we were finally going to see the famous Eiffel Tower; I'd never seen it before and was buzzing. I'd seen photo upon endless photo online, but I'd never seen it in person and had always longed to.

We casually walked hand in hand, through the busy crowds, in the darkening sky. Everything looked so magical I couldn't keep my teeth hidden as a large grin forced its way across my face. I leant closer to Si as we walked and I glanced up to see he was smiling too. He caught my gaze almost instantly and bent down a little to kiss my forehead before returning his attention ahead. The street was flooded but the atmosphere was too fantastic for me to get annoyed by people. I lost my sight in the scenery, not realising that Simon had stopped until my arm was jolted back.

"Sorry, I didn't realise you weren't watching", Simon apologetically said.

"No it was my fault, I wasn't concentrating", I replied back making sure I kept focused this time.

"Well we're here now so it doesn't matter", Simon followed up with whilst signalling with his spare arm out at the view in front. Straight in front of us now stood the Eiffel Tower, illuminated with an orange glow that glistened in the night sky against the brilliant white stars; it looked so magnificent that it made a spark of energy overcome me as I tightly gripped my arms around Simon's torso, burying half of my vision in his chest.

"It's perfect", I joyfully announced as Simon placed his arm around the top of my shoulders and squeezed onto the top of my right arm. He couldn't help but let out a mini laugh at how hyper I had become which only made me smile even more, if that was possible.

"Ahhh, I love you (Y/N)", Simon replied turning his attention to my face as a large smile branded itself to him too.

"I love you too Si", I said a little more calmly keeping eye contact with him which just kept my smile maintained for longer, but I didn't care and he didn't either. He removed his arm from around me and twisted me around so I was facing him straight on. He took hold of my neck in one hand and my waist in the other leaving me waiting. Then he leant down and hesitated as he let out a small happy laugh but then removed the laugh by a smile with which he slowly kissed me with. I couldn't help but smile into the kiss and I definitely couldn't help but kiss him back more passionately, after all we were spending our last night in Paris, the city of love.

Sorry it's short, I've been busy with prom and other things but soon there will be a longer one. Hope you enjoy and thank you sooooooo much for 500+ reads.
