Calm down.
His heart was banging his chest. He leaned his head on the steering wheel with eyes shut closed to reflect.
It's okay. He's bad. He had to pay.
He leaned back and relaxed, breathing in and out continuously. He stared at his palms. His eyes was not fooling him. It was trembling. His forehead was sweating cold. He wiped it with the back of his hands.
He lowered the aircon temperature hoping it would dry him up from sweating. And eventually calm him down..
"So this is how it feels like...
to be an Assassin."

"I'll have beef and seafood ramen please." Jongin ordered.
"Okay sir. Please wait for five minutes for the seafood ramen. Will the beef be self-grilled or not?" The girl said said fluttering her dark lashes to the man she was talking to.
"Self-grilled. I would like the marinate to be sweet and spicy with sesame seeds." He said to finish the conversation.
"Here's your number sir." The girl hands the number to Jongin, secretly attempting to have hand contact but fails again as he grabbed the number faster than she thought.
"Aish girls this days.." He muttered as he sat on the floor cushion occupying one empty table.
Jongin decided to eat first on a simple family restaurant to satisfy his craving before strolling around anywhere. After all, it's a free day and better make a use of it.
Raw beef and its marinate was immediately served whilst he was preparing the electric griller fixed in the center of the table. He broke his chopsticks apart then went after the beef and dunked it one by one in the marinate before grilling. Five minutes later, he was digging into his ramen intensely whilst taking small pieces of beef in every slurp he took.
He thought he needed to rest a bit from the attacking he made but before he knew it, his bowl was already empty, leaving only a few pieces of uncooked beef.
He did the usual in grilling it and whilst waiting, he stared at space, unintentionally remembering something.
"Eomma, why won't you let me eat the spicy ones?" the child asked.
"It's because you're not a grown up man yet." His mom flashed a warm smile whilst tapping the tip of his nose. "I promise you, when you grow up, we're gonna eat tons of sweet and spicy beef with lots of sesame seeds. Our family just loves spicy foods. It runs in our blood." His mom added whilst chuckling at the cuteness of her child.
"Ne eomma! We should do that together with dad some time!" The child exclaimed excitedly.
"I hope we could son. I hope we could..." His mom trailed not noticing her sudden change of tone.
That happy day was the same day his mom left him...
"Eomma..." He unconsciously said.
After seconds which felt like hours, he shrugs his thoughts away and takes one piece of beef inside his mouth. He chewed it slowly as the spiciness stings on his tongue.
"A real man can always endure whatever pain there is." He told himself.

"The successful man behind the largest mall built in Korea? tsk." Daesuk scoffed. He was tired of scrolling down his laptop and reading more information about his, or rather, Kai's first target.
