"No..." a child said panting hard while chasing someone.

"Eomma!" He screamed once more as the back image grew smaller and smaller.

He stooped down holding his knees to catch his breath as he watched the image disappear whilst darkness started dominating the atmosphere.

When it completely vanished, the concrete ground he was standing on suddenly disappeared making him fall. It was a long fall and different emotions were busy forcing themselves in his small body, making him stir. Getting used to it, he starts to relax despite the unstable feelings he's containing.

Soon, he met the cold ground. He slammed flat on his belly with his chest bumping hard making him roll in pain whilst breathing for good air. He was groaning but no sound was coming out whilst struggling to find oxygen.

In a snap, he caught his breath and pulled his self into a sitting position. He hugged his knees and buried his head on his arms.

He looked up once again only to find his self inside one room. He dusted himself and stood up and realized he grew into a young man. He plodded to the queen-sized bed and grabbed the killing machine on top of it.

He aimed it everywhere whilst smiling to himself, knowledge of using it applied. He aimed once more, pointing it to the ground, only to find a lifeless man pooled with his own blood.

He dropped the gun right away and slowly lifted his hands to look at it. It was stained with fresh red blood. He desperately wiped his hands on his suit to hopefully clean it but to no avail.

He shot his head up to see a blurred image of someone standing so close in front of him until...

*Bang!*

----

Kai abruptly shot his eyes open from his deep slumber to break the nightmare he kept on experiencing these past days. It was like a drama that kept on updating since three days ago.

He pulled himself up to sit with his arms supporting him. He breathed heavily to calm down. Wiping the streaks of sweat that trickled smoothly down his temples, he stood up to drink water and reduce the degrees of his aircon for a colder atmosphere.

It was 2:30 am as he glanced at his digital clock.

He layed back down to sleep but somehow, he can't and he doesn't want to. He didn't want to watch his nightmares continue with a new episode again. It was endless.

He didn't know he was feeling... a somewhat piece of fear from it. He stared and stared at the ceiling as it reciprocated the feeling til it was 6 am. His dark circles grew heavier. It pulled his eyelids to close but he resisted it.

It's been a long time after getting haunted again...

A week and more already passed after his first mission from Daesuk. Anytime around, he'll be called for another one. Another mind setting indeed. But he didn't seem to care. He was made for it.

Though with his most recent guilt-experience, he managed to collect himself back with a little counselling, in a short time. Someone being there for him was enough to wash his negative feelings away and make him feel clean, prior that he didn't have anyone and anything before when he experienced much lowly emotions than that.

All there is for him is to start a new, after doing necessary tasks for Daesuk.

"Security was already sent three days ago and both parties agreed." Baekhyun informed his Chief as he entered their office. "Okay. Good." Chanyeol said whilst inserting a pocky stick inside his mouth. "Kindly spill your plans detectives."
