"My men is on the way to fetch you." a man said on the other line.
"Okay. Thirty minutes more, then i'll arrive at the airport" Jongin replied straightly.
"Good. I already have errands prepared for you." Jongin's right brow twitched only to return it back again. "Okay."
"Make sure everything I gave and did for you is worth."
"Of course. Now, would you let me savor my last minutes of peace?" Jongin sneered. And before he knew it, the call's already hung up.
He closed his eyes as he relaxed his head on the headrest, reminiscing all the hardships he had gone through in Canada.
All the home-schooling that has been fed up on him that made him graduate in only a span of eight years. All the pain of those never-ending trainings he had to endure that almost made him a gladiator. All the restless nights and haunting dreams he had to experience alone. And the one and only reason why he ended up like this; being abandoned by his mom.
Given all those situations, he unconciously lost a huge part of his emotions which eventually caused him to be as he is right now.
It's been eight years... and now, I'm finally well built.
His eyes shot open under his dark shades as he straightened his self.
"Let's get it on." He mumbled quietly, nodding at himself, feeling confident.
----
"Mr. Han, Sir Kai, has arrived the building." a man outside the door informed.
"Okay. Good good." A curve formed on the latter's lips as he spun his chair around to face the huge glass window of his office, throwing his arms at the back of his head and leaning against it, appreciating the glorious view of the morning, kissing every structure in sight.
"Han Daesuk." a manly voice called.
The corners of his lips tugged up as he spun his chair again to face the owner of the voice. He smirked seeing a firm young man standing with pride, staring at him straight in the eyes.
He stood up and tucked both of his hands inside his side pockets.
You're one useful pawn for me... Kim Jongin.
"Welcome back, Kai."
----
After a warm welcome from his foster parent Han Daesuk-- though he never really thought of it being warm because he knew that a list of tasks would be given to him eventually-- he drove to Seoul Heights where he will be staying.
Following his car's small GPS screen, he drove his black Mercedes Benz smoothly. It was from Daesuk's office building.
"If you need to change, you're welcome at the parking lot and choose whatever you like to use."
He rewinded the latter's words.
Korea has changed as well too.
He thought, roaming his eyes around every turns he did without taking his focus off the road.
Minutes later, he's already at the basement parking lot, on his way to the lobby with his luggages. A huge sophisticated lobby greeted him in stepping out of the elevator.
It consists of modern furnitures and designs with the colors red and gold as well as the architecture, giving a home atmosphere.
He directed his feet towards the information center. As he was walking forward, the person in charge smiled as if he was expected.
