"Yah! Where are we going?!" Jae Mi argues. One thing she hates the most: being dragged forcefully anywhere. Kai remained quiet and unresponsive, unfazed by Jae Mi's repetitive speaking. "For the nth time for god's sake! Where are we... argh!" Jae fueled causing her to drag Kai to somewhere they could talk peacefully. Kai let her drag him.

It seemed like only her, and only her, has an effect on him like this. Like only her can tame his beast.

Jae Mi brought them to the nearby sea. She sat on the bench and stared at Kai, still standing, looking down. She grabbed his hands and pulled him down to sit. Jae sighed. She took fits of inhales and exhales to wait for Kai to speak but he was just there physically and his mind was just... empty and off.

"Hey." She initiated. "You probably wanna talk?" And seriously... she kinda imagined tumbleweeds rolling with rickets doing its sound and owls kroo-ing (howling). No response. Another sigh escaped her lips.

She held Kai's shoulders and turned him to her. She shook it lightly and said "Hey. What's wrong? You can tell me.. Look at me." She figured the guy might need comfort and she was willing to give it to him. He tried looking to her eyes but he just can't. Like Jae Mi already despised him for being a killer. He was already ashamed of himself: because he's a coward and he still can't voice out anything.

Eottoke jinja... Jae Mi tried thinking of a way to make him speak but nothing came to mind.

"Stay with me today will you?" Her mouth went slightly agape with what she was hearing. She was finally inside his walls. "Oka--" Without letting her finish 'okay', he starts dragging her to where his car is parked.

He's... really vulnerable. Kai... You're luring me into you.

And Jae let him off the hook.

You know what to do with that big fat butt. Wiggle wiggle it.

Music boomed the club everywhere though it contained less people. It was a decent club. Not the dirty and wild ones you see on TVs. Only the music resonated the whole place. Though it was 2 pm at early afternoon, the place made it feel like it was midnight. It was dark but it had enough lighting with a cozy atmosphere. I bet this is where rich people go clubbing. Jae assumed. Should this even be called a club? It's like a private party...

"So Kai... why'd you bring us here again?" Jae Mi asked not really worried about their surroundings. Kai gulped another shot of his tequila. It was slowly getting to him.

"Because..." he finally spoke.

"Because?" Jae asked back.

"Because.." Kai drunkly said.

"Oh no Kai. I won't babysit a drunkard right now! I just won't so stop acting shit! Aish!"

"Whatever." he ends the conversation being back to his usual self. He just doesn't know what to feel. He contained mixed emotions that would make anyone breakdown if it's not him. And he thought he might release it by drinking. Now he's being a bipolar mess.

4 more shots in a row was made and Jae tsk-ed as she watched him wash himself up. She actually counted his shots and he already had 6 plus those 4. 10 it is. And the tequila he was taking was no joke.

He tried pouring some more onto his glass but he's already not sober enough to have a sense of direction. He was spilling it and Jae still watched with her elbow on the table and her head resting on her knuckles. He soon gives up pouring and stared at his glass.

"Uhm.. Excuse me.. Sorry for the mess. But could you please clean this up?" Jae Mi called for the bartender that had his back to them. The boy faces them and smiles. "Sure ma'am." He was cute. And if she didn't read his nametag wrong, the guy was named Taehyung. "Thanks." She smiled back and bowed curtly. Kai was still staring at his shot glass like he was intently focusing on it. It was distorted for him. It's proven that he's not a drinker. By his 3rd intake he already felt dizzy. By 5th he was already red.
