My new life starts here, in London. Or should I say, my new life for a month at least. I move very often thanks to my job and staying in one place isn't an option for me. But I like it, I start fresh every time I leave. The plane has finally landed and I grab my bag and head to retrieve my luggage. I feel a pair of hands cover my eyes as I stand waiting for my luggage to show up.

"Guess who?"

"Um, please don't make me guess." I froze up and didn't know what to say.

"Vanessa, it's me Phil!" He took his hands off my eyes and stood in front of me, smiling.

I covered my mouth and started laughing. "Phil! I totally forgot you were going to meet me here, I'm so sorry."

"It's alright, I probably should've reminded you." He pulled me into a hug.

"Well look at these two lovebirds having a moment."

I let go of Phil and turned around. It was Dan with a coffee in his hand.

"Dan, you're here too!" I ran up to him and hugged him as well.

"Woah careful, you'll spill my coffee." He laughed and hugged me back.

"Thanks for being here guys! I would probably get lost without you." I let go of Dan and looked around for my luggage.

"But you've been here before, haven't you?" Dan took a sip of his coffee.

"I have but only for three weeks, when I met you two. Then I had to move back to America."

"That job of yours really keeps you busy. Why do you move so often?" Phil asked me confusedly.

"Oh well my job as a magazine writer makes me move often to interview different people from different places. But this time I'm staying for a while longer. Hey, it's my luggage!" I pointed at a large black suitcase.

"I'll get it." Phil reached over and grabbed it.

"Let's get a taxi and take you home." Dan took my other bag and started walking outside as Phil and I follow behind.

"Do you have the address of your place?" Dan asked me while calling a taxi.

"Yeah, do you recognize the address?" I showed them an email I got from my boss. He always looks for places for me to stay.

"It looks familiar but I'm not too sure. We'll see when we get there." Phil put my luggage in the back of the taxi and sat next to me.

Dan got in on the other side as I told the driver the address. "Oh great. I'm out of coffee." Dan looked into his cup and looked out the window sadly. Phil and I laughed as a smile spread on Dan's face.

We paid the driver and got my bags out of the back. The building looked nice and modern from the outside. I walked to the elevator and went to the fourth floor. Elevator music played as we stood quietly waiting for the doors to open.

"Okay, here we are! Apartment 231!" I got my keys and unlocked the door.

I opened the door and immediately I fell in love. There was plenty of space. Boxes are crowded into a corner which I'm guessing is the living room. My furniture should be coming in tomorrow.

"This place is grand! Your boss must really like you." Phil looked around and set my luggage at the entrance.

"I think he does this with everyone, he's a really nice guy. He wants us to feel relaxed when we move around." My boss isn't exactly young but he isn't that old either. He's around forty years old and is very polite with all of us writers.

"Do you need any help unpacking?" Dan stood next to Phil as they looked out the window to see the view.

"Yeah, thanks guys!" I walked towards the boxes and looked at their labels.

I pushed all the kitchen boxes towards them as they started opening each one. While they did that, I walked upstairs and chose a room as my bedroom. I started organizing my clothes in the closet when I heard the doorbell.

I wasn't expecting anyone. I shrugged my shoulders and walked downstairs and opened the door.

"Hello! I'm Joe Sugg, I live right next door and I heard you were moving in today." He smiled at me.

"Hi, I'm Vanessa. Nice to meet you!" I couldn't stop staring at his eyes. They were bright and blue. He looked pretty fit and his hair was messy, but a good messy.

"Vanessa! Who's at the door?" Phil walked into the hallway and smiled when he saw Joe.

"Oh hey Phil. I didn't know you knew Vanessa." He looked at us confusedly.

"We met about two years ago, I visited London for three weeks and I met Phil and Dan." I gestured for Joe to come in and shut the door behind him.

"Your apartment looks just like mine. Well, I guess that's expected anyway." He let out a chuckle and waved at Dan who was putting plates into a cupboard.

"I don't really have any furniture yet, it comes in tomorrow but make yourself comfy if you can." I laughed a little and began to open some boxes labeled 'living room'.

"I can help unpack if you want." Joe walked over and took a random box.

"You don't have to, but thank you!" I smiled and continued to unpack until almost all of the boxes were empty.

~~~~~
"Well, if you need anything don't be afraid to knock on my door. I'll see you later!" Joe grinned and waved as I closed the door behind him.
"He seems nice." I walked back to the living room where Dan and Phil were standing since there was no place to sit.
"Yeah Joe's a nice guy. I knew the address was familiar!" Phil chuckled.
"Can we get some coffee?" Dan whined and pointed at his empty coffee cup on the counter.
"You need more coffee?" I crossed my arms and raised an eyebrow.
"Yes I do Vanessa, I don't think you understand how little sleep I get each night." Dan copied my movements and rolled his eyes.
I huffed and nodded my head. I grabbed my keys as we headed to a nearby Starbucks.
We grabbed our drinks and took a seat in the back near a window. "So what do you think of London so far?" Phil asked me as he sat next to me and Dan across from us.
"It hasn't changed much but I still love it. I was pretty excited to come back here."
"How long are you staying?" Dan took a long sip of his coffee and made a face when it burned his tongue.
"I'm still not sure but I know it's longer than a month. My boss said he would contact me when the time came."
"You mean he didn't tell you in advance? What kind of boss does that?" Phil turned to me and looked a bit angry.
"It's fine. I don't have much stuff to pack up anyway." I shrugged and looked out the window. It was a regular cloudy day in London.
"Well if you need help packing, you know who to call." Dan gave me a wink which made me laugh.
"Thanks again guys, I don't know what I'd do without you." I held their hands and squeezed them.
They blushed and Dan began to laugh awkwardly. "I think you'd be very confused and lonely. Like a lost puppy." Phil made a sad face and chuckled.
"Yeah that's very true." I laughed and let go of their hands. They're faces went back to normal and made me laugh even harder.
"What's so funny?" Dan tilted his head and leaned forward.
"You guys blushed when I held your hands. It was cute." I smiled as I drank my hot chocolate.
They blushed again and looked down awkwardly. Dan covered his face with hands and yelled softly so he wouldn't be heard. Phil and I laughed as we finished up our drinks.
