For years,

I followed the same path as everyone else.

I did the same things,

Thought the same thoughts,

And said the same words.

But then,

One day,

I had a different thought.

Why was I on this path?

Why was I just doing what everybody else had done,

Millions of times before me.

Shouldn't we strive to be different?

Shouldn't I strive to be different?

So I did.

That thought changed me.

That thought,

That thought that probably didn't even belong to me.

So I left the path.

I left the path which had been worn down by decades, centuries, millenniums, even,

Of people the same as me,

Following the same, easy path

As everyone before them.

But it had already been worn down for them.

I needed something new.

So I left the path.

I stepped out into the unknown,

I stepped out,

To discover my own path,

And to an infinite wave of unknown world.
