The light from the blaze reflected off the water,
Setting the evening on fire.
The sky was ablaze in a raging, fiery void.
The flames' reflection off the water seemed to make the clouds dance in the blood-red light,
Casting an eerie, dead light over the world.
But it was not a reflection that made the sky glow a deep, rose-red;
The sky itself
Was on fire.
A/N this is about a glowing red sunset, in case you didn't pick that up :)
