Sebastian P.O.V
I kicked the door open after putting Ciel down. The first thing we noticed was thin river of blood flowing from the kitchen. We approached slowly before my eyes widened in shock. Leaned up against the counter was William with 6-7 kitchen knifes stuck into his chest and torso.
"Is he alive?" Ciel asked in a monotonous voice and I nodded.
"Barely. There's no way I can save him, trust me when I say he will live on though." Ciel looked confused before turning to me.
"Call the authorities and explain what happened. I'm going to the hospital, meet me there when you are finished." I smirked at him.
"Yes, my lord." He rolled his eyes and left the room. Oh how much fun this will be!
Ronald's P.O.V
I watched in horror, as the doctor switched off Grell's life support. Tears fell down my face, he was about to switch off the heart monitor off before a familiar beep was heard. The flatline stopped and a zigzag line was shown. A smile slipped onto my face and another doctor ran into the room. The single beep turned into multiple, steady beats and I smiled and cried in joy. One of the nurses came out.
"He's lucky, the life support was holding him back. He should be ok." She smiled at me and I jumped in joy. I fumbled with my phone as Ciel approached me.
"He's alive!" I hugged the bluenette and the blood drained from his face. I quickly dialled Will's number.
"William! Grell is alive! He is going to be ok!" I shouted into the phone. He sighed and I realised how much it didn't sound like William.
"Will?"
"No Ronald, it's Sebastian." He sighed and I looked at Ciel confused.
"William is dead. He killed himself. The police and ambulance are on their way to collect the body." I stayed silent and looked at Ciel. He knew...
Oh God, Grell. I hung up and looked at the Ciel.
"He's dead." He nodded his head and patted my back.
"I'm sorry." Was all he said before a doctor came out, saying Grell would wake up in a few minutes and that we could go in.
How are we going to tell him?
