*Jason's POV*

Y/N was the opposite of thrilled when I told her about our latest exchange.

"I can't go with you Jason." She said.

"Why not?" I questioned.

"You almost gunned someone down the last time we had an 'exchange'! I refuse to witness anymore guns, drugs, or illegal activities." She answered honestly.

I let out a sharp and frustrated breath.

How could I convince her to come with me?

I backed her up against the closest wall to us.

Acting sexy around Y/N wouldn't have persuaded her to do anything for me before, but it could work now, seeing how she was warming up to me.

I ran my eyes down her figure and started to whisper in a voice that I hoped she found seductive.

"You know you want to come with me Y/N." I smirked.

"You'll get to pretend to be my girlfriend again. I know you want that."

"Jason, last time we did that, you enjoyed it way more than me." She stated.

Sh*t, she was right.

Why did this girl have so much control over my every thought and emotion?

I know she tells me that she doesn't love me and that she never will, but the way she stared into my eyes at this very moment makes me feel differently.

I had a sense of hope.

*Your POV*

Is he seriously trying this on me?

Apparently Jason thought that trapping me between the wall and him then whispering to me would change my mind.

It wasn't working, but the soulful way he stared into my eyes was.

His beautiful caramel hazel eyes peered right at me, and as I looked into them now, I could tell that they were a lot deeper than you'd think. Those eyes captivated me more than they should have.

Jason moved even closer to me, so there was absolutely no space between our bodies.

I would have pushed him off of me, but something about his body being this close to mine was comforting.

His lips moved in towards mine, and I didn't want to reject his kiss this time.

My heart fluttered as the space between our faces slowly disappeared.

Did I love Jason?

There was no way I did, I practically swore that I didn't and never would.
