*Two months later*
*Jason's POV*
I don't think I've ever seen Y/N smile so much until after I told her that I had only a day left until I could leave the hospital.
Her genuine excitement filled me with joy.
I loved seeing her happy.
"Really?" She questioned.
"You're not kidding?"
"No baby, in just a day we'll be together again." I grinned.
I could see Y/N's expression fill with joy, and she flung her arms around me and squeezed me into a hug.
"I love you so much Jason." She whispered while burying her head into my chest.
"I love you too." I smiled, lifting her chin so that she stared me in the eyes.
I could see that she was crying.
Those had to be tears of happiness.
We stayed in each others arms for the rest of Y/N's visit.
-
"Calm down babe, you'll have me to yourself soon enough." I teased Y/N as she practically dragged me to the hospital's front doors."I'm sorry, I'm just really glad to have you back in my arms again!" She grinned.
That was a sentence that I never thought I would ever hear from her.
"Today's going to be special, I'm going to make sure of it." I whispered to her as we left the building and walked over to Mark's car.
"I'm going to make today unforgettable just for you."
"You don't have to do that." She blushed.
"Just focus on resting, you only got out of the hospital today."
"When it comes to my baby, I'll only offer the best." I countered her statement.
"We're going to have fun today, no matter what."
"Sounds like a plan." Y/N giggled.
We piled into the sleek grey Mercedes together.
"Jason, I'm so glad you're okay man!" Mark exclaimed upon seeing us climb into the car's backseat.
"I missed you too Mark." I admitted.
"Now let's get out of here. I don't want to spend my first day out of the hospital at the hospital!"
Mark and Y/N both laughed.
"Alright, let's go." Mark snickered, and drove out of the hospital's parking lot.
*Your POV*
Jason could barely keep his lips off of me during the ride home.
Not that I could stay away from him either.
Something about him pulled me in so much...I can never describe the feeling, but it's definitely existent.
What surprises me greatly is how quickly I had learned to call Jason's house "home".
Did I really consider it a place that I would permanently live or reside in?
Or was it home because Jason lived there?
Whatever the answer is, I don't ever want to leave Jason.
Sure, I'll miss my parents, my family, and all of my friends.
But if I left Jason, I'd be heartbroken forever.
And I would never want that.
-
After we reached home, it was late, and the stars were starting to reveal themselves in the sky.Still, Jason insisted on taking me out and having a good time with me.
"Jase, it's really late out, are you sure you want to do this?" I questioned as he lead me to his car, a black and white lamborghini.
"Yes, you deserve it babe." Jason reassured me, giving me a small kiss on the lips.
We got into the car and he started it.
Pretty soon we were out on the highway, driving in silence.
He kept glancing at me while he drove, as if he was afraid that I would disappear.
"Jason, eyes on the road!" I laughed.
"Sorry baby, it's hard to pay attention when the girl sitting next to me is hotter than the f*cking sun." He smirked.
God, he's so sexy when he curses.
"Oh stop playing around." I chuckled.
"I'm serious babe!" He continued.
"You leave guys staring and d*cks rearing!"
I laughed at that joke nonstop for the rest of the car trip.
We stopped in a foreign location, and the moon shone brightly, casting shadows everywhere.
"Where are we?" I inquired.
Jason didn't answer.
Instead he exited his side of the car, and escorted me from my side.
He covered my eyes with his hands and started leading me forward.
"Where are you taking me? I asked.
"You'll see." He answered.
After five more minutes, we were still walking.
The suspense was killing me.
So I pried Jason's hands from my face.
What I saw took my breath away completely.
"Jason, you didn't!" I shouted, turning to face him.
"Oh yes I did." He beamed.
In front of us was a smooth and clear lake.
Willow trees surrounded it, and fireflies flew around peacefully.
The entire view was scenic an beautiful.
Jason took a seat on a fallen log that rested before the lake.
He patted the open spot on it next to him, motioning for me to sit with him.
I did, and he kissed me softly.
"So...do you like it?" He asked.
"I love it." I replied.
He wrapped his arm around me and we sat there together.
Just the two of us.
*Jason's POV*
Y/N and I sat quietly embracing each other and enjoying the scene.
The quietness welcomed my many various thoughts.
This is all that I had ever wanted.
For Y/N to love me just as much as I loved her.
Finally, our relationship doesn't have to be kidnapper to victim anymore.
Because we love each other.
And that means, there's no longer a need for my obsession.
That's the end of this book :)
I hope you enjoyed the story!
