Michael, Calum, Luke and I went to Luke's house directly after school.

The boys decide they wanted to do the band practices and recordings there because Luke's parents weren't home often anyways.

After fooling around a little, Calum and Luke got their guitars and Michael got the bongo drums he'd try to play, even though I don't think he ever properly drummed before.

"So shall I start filming already or do you guys want to play the song through before?"

"No, just record. Or?" Calum asked, looking at Luke and Michael.

The other two boys nodded so I pressed the record button.

"Hello there, the angel from my nightmare" Calum began singing and a smile started spreading across my face. I looked at Michael, who grinned at me and mouthed "you're the best" at him. So this was why he asked me about "I miss you"

"Where are you? And I'm so sorry, I cannot sleep, I cannot dream tonight" Luke took over the singing at my favourite part and I had never seen anyone, not even Michael, sing with that much passion.

The boys all sounded amazing and It really overwhelmed me that they chose the song because of me and they actually sounded even more awesome than I thought they could and that almost made me cry.

The video was perfect with the first recording, so the guys gathered around me to watch the video on Luke's laptop, on which I transferred it onto.

"This is good" Michael said smiling.

"Vain" I disclaimed and he chuckled.

"Don't you agree?" Mike asked, still smiling.

"I do, it's good...but...well your drumming skills are um...special."

Michael opened his mouth in disbelief and turned to Calum:"Did she really just say that?"

Calum laughed:"Sorry mate, I think she's right, you should stick to playing guitar and singing"

Michael turned to Luke, who agreed by nodding.

"So I killed the song?" Michael said, now sounding sad.

"No Mikey, you didn't, don't worry! It's still good but maybe you shouldn't be the drummer of our band." Luke said and hugged Michael.

I couldn't help but smile because Luke and Michael, who couldn't even stand each other not too long ago where standing infront of me, hugging each other.

"Seriously though, maybe we could need a drummer." Calum suddenly said.

Michael and Luke both directly looked at me. "Yea I think you should find someone who can drum." I agreed.

"Why don't you join our band?" Michael asked.

I couldn't keep back the laughter. I had never played any instruments and I was sure that I did not have any talent whatsoever.

I shook my head and said:"Never. You'll need to find someone else."

Calum and I thought of people we knew who could drum while Luke and Michael uploaded the video of them singing "I miss you" on YouTube.

After a while, I came up with the only boy that I actually liked who could play the drums.

"Ashton" I said out loud.

"Huh?" Luke asked.

"Ashton" I repeated.

"I think we all understood what you said" Michael said "but what's up with Ashton?"
