"Colby, babe." I peak my head into our room. "We need to talk." I struggle trying to keep a straight face. I've always been terrible at pranks and lying to people. I always start laughing when I try the simplest prank. Since being in this house when pranks happen almost everyday, I'm starting to get a lot better.

"Babe, is everything okay?" His voice is deep and it has always made me feel a certain way. It sounds so nice to wake up every morning to hear his beautiful voice.

"Um, not exactly." I pretend to act worried. We walk downstairs to see everyone patiently waiting in the tv room. Colby stands next to me a looks extremely confused.

"Are we supposed to tell them something? What is it?" Colby whispers.

"So, we need to announce something to all of you." Colby raises an eyebrow in a confused way. "I'm pregnant."

Colby's jaw slightly drops. "Wait, what? I thought you said we would be fine?"

"Thank god that's not happening to me." Elton slightly whispers, still loud enough that everyone can hear. I can see Amanda's face go red and tears start to stream down her face. She gets up and runs into the kitchen.

"Oh, by the way, its a prank." I say as Katrina, Devyn, Mackenzie, and I make our way to the kitchen.

"He-He doesn't want kids. What am I supposed to do?" She says through tears. "I can't tell him if he thinks that way."

I pull Amanda into a hug and calmly rub her back. "We're here for you. Even if Elton isn't man enough to be part of this baby's life. But, you still need to tell him. He can't find out once you start showing. Then he will really be mad." I say.

Colby and Elton come running towards us. "So that really was a prank?" Colby asks.

"Colby Robert Brock, this is not the time to ask that!" I say.

"Amanda, what's wrong?" Elton's very worried.

"Why did you say that? What if I wanted kids soon?"

"I do want kids, it's just I didn't mean it like that. If I was Colby's age and my nineteen year old girlfriend said she was pregnant I would be freaking out."

"Well what if I'm actually pregnant?"

"Are you serious?" He steps closer to Amanda and she take steps back. "Are you pregnant?"

"Yeah." Another tear falls down her face. He steps forward and kisses her on the lips.

"I'm excited to be able to share this experience with you. This is going to be our kid."

"Babe," Colby says. "What would you think about having kids together someday?"

"Well, it depends on if we are still together then. But, if we are I would rather wait until after marriage. It's my parents rule. College, job, marriage, kids. That's how they want my life to be."

"How long will you be gone for college?"

"I'm doing online classes so I don't have to leave everyday. I can be with you instead."

"Will you be able to concentrate with everyone at the house?"

"Definitely. I've concentrated with my sister many times. I will be fine."

Later that night I go into our closet and grab Colby's Nirvana shirt with holes in it and slip it on as a nightgown. I'm only 5'4 so it's really long on me. Colby walks into the room and sees me wearing his shirt. "That didn't take long for you to find that." I smile and sit down on the foot of the bed as I quickly slip on my teenage mutant ninja turtle socks. "You're so adorable." He gently kisses me then takes off his shirt and lays down on the bed only wearing sweats. "Are you going to bed soon, babe?"

"No, I'm gonna work on my book for a bit."

"Which one?" He asks.

"You haven't read it before." I panic.

"Why not?"

"I just started it. I want to surprise you when I'm done." I lie. I'm secretly going to re-read the fanfiction Mackenzie and I wrote years ago on our Wattpad account about us dating who we are currently dating now.

"Okay, I want details in the morning."

I sigh and lay on my side of the bed. Colby lays down next to me and quickly falls asleep.
