"Mornin' babe." Aaron said, kissing me as I woke up and turned off my alarm clock.

"Hey. What time is it?"

"Five."

I evilly glared at him. "Why in the world did you set my alarm for five?"

"You have a doctors appointment at seven for your wrist  and I wanted to have breakfast with you."

He's so sweet. I don't deserve someone this great. Oh well, he's mine.

When I finished getting showered and dressed, I headed downstairs and saw Aaron standing in the doorway wearing an outfit matching mine exactly.

"Ready?" He asked me, wrapping his arm around mine.

"You're making me suspicious. You woke me up an hour early to take me for breakfast and now you're being super couple-y and I know you. What did you do?"

"I did nothing." He paused. "Yet."

Again, suspicious. But I want food so I'm not going to complain just yet.

He quickly took me to get a coffee since he knows I don't do breakfast and drive me to my doctors, insisting on being with me every second.

"Ms. Bonsall, I need you to come back for an x-ray." The nurse said quietly, still half asleep.

"I don't think I can let you go for that long." He kissed me, pulling me in for a hug.

"Babe. It will be two minutes."

Something is seriously up with him.

Once I finished being scanned, they sent me back to the room where Aaron was patiently waiting to see me.

Quickly enough, they came back in.

"Since the break was so clear, we can easily assure you it is gone. Your bone has healed but it is not to normal strength yet to still no strong stretching. However, you may stop wearing the brace and resume other normal activities."

"Yay! Let's go celebrate!" Aaron yelled, kissing my hand as though I was a princess.

I am though, a princess. I'm his. That's practically like being a queen, or at least treated like one.

So, I agreed to the celebration. But I want to do it on my terms.

"Okay, I'll let you celebrate. But at home. Since nobody is there." I winked at my soon-to-be hubby.

"Everyone is there, baby. Plus, we have to pack for Texas next week and we can't get too off track."

"No. Elton and Amanda have a baby appointment, Corey and Dev are headed to Florida today, Sam and Kat are at her place for the weekend, and Haley has dragged Colby out of the house since I already texted her to."

When we got to the house, Aaron ran upstairs before me and got the dogs out of the room.

"Before anything happens, I want to talk to you."

"Yeah right. Just shut up and kiss me." I said.

He kissed me like a husband would a wife after a long trip away from home, a romantic kiss. After a quick kiss though, he stopped.

"Babe I want to talk."

"What?" I asked, a little annoyed.

"I want to have a kid."

Shocked, I jumped off of him. "What?"

As I was standing there in shock, I saw three missed calls from Haley and eleven from Colby. Something must be wrong. Being right as normal, I got swarmed with texts to go to the hospital.

"I.. I gotta go."

I ran down the stairs, neglecting to tell Aaron and ran out the door.

He chased after me as I jumped into my chair and beelined for the hospital.

She's my best friend. Why did this have to happen to her?

"Colby!" I yelled as soon as I saw him crying i ma chair.

He looked up at me. "Mack!" He hugged me. "I don't know what to do. I haven't told anyone else, I don't know how to. I don't know how to tell her family and I don't know how to tell the roommates. You're he only person I could tell, you're practically her sister."

I hugged him tighter. "I am her sister. I will call her family and then help you tell everyone else when you're ready. For now, just go see her."

When he went into her room, I immediately dialed Haley's mom, knowing her dad and sister would be with her.

"Mom?"

'Mack? What's wrong?'

"Haley is in the hospital. She had a miscarriage."

'What? Is she okay? Is Colby okay? What happened?'

"PCOS. Unexpected. Please, tell Dad and Em. I got to go, I need to see her."

'Okay, when she can take it please tell her we are coming.'

"Thanks, she needs her parents right now."

I immediately hung up the phone and went in, kicking Colby out.

"Where is Aaron?" Haley said, distracting me to the best of her abilities.

"Not important. What's important is you."

"I'm fine." She tried lying to me.

"No you're not, I know my best friend."

She broke down. Sobbing, tears forming millions of puddles around us. I knew she wasn't okay.

All of a sudden, she saw my phone going off and knew something was wrong. Best friends just have a gut feeling I guess.

"What happened with you guys?"

"We were kissing and he stopped and said he wants to have kids."

"Well, you were halfway to it from the sound of it." She laughed a little. I'm glad I could take her mind off of it for a second.

"Gross Hales. But he thinks I'm mad at him. Because as soon as he said it, I got Colby's texts and ran out of the house."

"Go see him. I'm fine, Colby said Brennen wants to see me."

Suddenly, Brennen walked in. Wow she's good.

As soon as I opened the door to the house, Aaron ran up to me. "Where the hell were you?!?"

"I was at the hospital." I collapsed onto the couch. "Haley lost the baby." I looked into his adorable eyes, bawling into his shoulders immediately after. "I was finally going to be an aunt. I would get to spend every day with either baby boy Sawyer or precious Rose. And now the baby is gone."
