I looked up at the ceiling of the cell. So this is what it feels like to be arrested by elves. I heaved a sigh and looked at Alison, who was sharing the same cell as me. I could tell she was upset, after all, she had no idea my brother was a werewolf.
" Alison..." I muttered softly.
" I can't believe this! they just locked us up because of supposed charges of them being werewolves!" She yelled.
She kept ranting as I went over to her and hugged down.
" it's okay, we'll get out of this..." I said softly in her ear.
She sighed, "How!? We don't know where everyone is!"
" Do you trust me?"
" Of course." she turned to me.
I rubbed her arms and pecked her lips. She was kinda cute when she was mad.
" Then...let's create a plan." I whispered.
She came closer and whispered, "How?"
" The bars are made of metal, I can try to melt them, but it might take a while."
"Then what? The door is guarded."
I looked over and saw two elven guards by the door.
"Leave that to me."
I go over to the bars and placed my hand on it. I closed my eyes and channeled my anger towards the bars. soon I was able to get two semi short bars off. I grabbed both of them and quietly I went to the door. I had to time this right. I waited until both guards were facing from the door. Once there, I knocked the door down, and then hit them both upside the head with the bars and knocking them unconscious.
"Okay, come on." I whispered as I checked pulses, sighing in relief to know they were alive.
" I can't believe you just killed two elves! And how are you able to melt things without making you angry!?" Alison hissed.
" Quiet. I didn't kill them and we don't know if there's more." I said as I leaned against the opposite wall from us. I looked over the corner and saw two more guards, guarding the iron door. I looked closer and notice someone behind the door was yelling at the guards.
" Let us out! We have rights, you know!"
It was Penelope for sure, she was really upset.
I turned to Alison and kissed her, " Stay here, I'll be back."
I didn't wait for her to protest. Since the hallways weren't well lit, I used the darkness as an advantage. I took a coin out of my pocket and flicked it against the wall.
" What was that?!" One of the guards asked, his tone paranoid.
" Go check it. " The other one , who was more serious than his comrade.
" Why do I need to do it?!" The scared one hissed at the other.
" You heard it, you check it." The other growled.
I could see the fear in the scared guard's eyes as he moved towards me. I think he felt my presence, but couldn't see where I was. Once he was fully consumed by darkness, I came from behind him and choked him, but not to the point of killing him. The other guard must have heard me.
" Who's there!? Jêllah!?" The other followed the same mistake as his comrade.
Once again, I did the same thing to the guard as I did to the other one. After setting them aside Alison and I went over to the iron door. I peeped inside, all I saw in there was Penelope and Hector. I couldn't tell who else was there.
