You and your classmates watched the "parade" from your classroom. You glanced over at Byakuya. He watched intently, seemingly formulating a plan.
"The classroom on the fifth floor has been closed off, and they won't tell us why. I'm sure it connects with the riot." Byakuya spoke quietly, either to himself or you. You listened regardless.
"I have to find a way into that room." Byakuya said, trying not to attract attention from the other conversing classmates. "Unfortunately, with all the guards, it would prove to be quite difficult."
"I could probably fight them off..." You noted. "But I don't think we should harm the Hope's Peak staff, if there is an alternative."
Byakuya was in thought. "Remember the day you jumped out the window?"
You laughed at the random reference to the event, and the title he used to refer to it. "Yes, I do, why?"
"Can you do it again? I doubt they'd guard the window entering the classroom."
"Oh, good idea." You nodded thoughtfully. "Yeah, I certainly could."
"Excellent. Let's go, then."
"Right now?"
"Of course. I don't want to waste any time."
You two headed for the exit.
"Where are you going?" Kiyotaka asked. "We were not given permission to leave the building!"
"We aren't leaving the building. We'll be on the next floor up."
You went to a classroom on the fourth floor, then opened one of the windows.
"This'll be easy." You leaned out the window and looked up. The target window was diagonal to you.
"Quickly, then. Get in, be fast but thorough, and get back out."
"Right." You nodded, then swung out the window.
Grabbing hold onto the dips in the wall, you scurried up the building, climbing towards the window. You clung onto the windowsill, pulling yourself up to peek inside.
The window was smeared in a substance you knew almost too well: blood. It streaked across the glass and presumably continued into the room. You hoisted up the window and crawled inside.
The smell was quite sickening, and probably would've made the average person vomit. The room was drenched in blood, and outlines of corpses dotted the floor. Various weapons were strewn around the room, each one surrounded by police tape. You walked around the room slowly, taking in the detail. A couple of the desks were scratched up or had major slashes in them. In a puddle of blood, you saw a picture of a blind folded woman tied to a chair, with other photos behind it.
You scanned the room one final time, then exited out the window.
Arriving back on the fourth floor, you relayed what you had seen to Byakuya.
"There was some sort of massacre in the classroom. Blood, corpses, weapons, the likes."
"Did you recognize the corpses?" Byakuya asked, intrigued in your findings.
"No, the corpses were already removed. Just outlines remained."
"I see."
"So? What do you want to do?"
He was quiet, thinking.
"I'll take care of it from here. I want you to rest up and prepare in case something happens."
