Clarke's POV

I slowly stirred awake, immediately feeling warmth pressed against my back. I rolled to my side to be meet with curly brown hair, tan skin and pink plump lips. It took me a second to realize who it was, once it registered I quickly moved to the other side of the bed. That's so embarrassing, I can't believe I  slept with Lexa. I mean not like that, of course not like that, but like-

"Clarke.." she mumbled, squirming around.
"Costia.. Costia wait.." she began to sweat, clutching the blankets her face paling.
"Costia!" She quickly sat up, sweat dripping down her face, her green eyes wide and looking around frantically.

"Hey, hey. You're okay, you're safe." I scooted over to her, she looked at me quizzically.

"We slept together" I blurted out, panicking. She quickly shot awake, her cheeks burning and I was sure my face was red.
"Not like that, like-like as friends no like as you know-yes. I-we she, you were tired and I had bed"  she slowly nodded, then her expression turned hard again. That was one of the few times I got to see her vulnerable. The other times, as if I know were when we fought and when she lost Costia. She slipped out of bed, stretching her limbs, her muscles clearly visible. My eyes roamed over her messy hair hanging over one side of the neck, and her toned arms.

"Thank you" she murmured, looking at the wall on the opposite side.

"You're welcome" I softly smiled, hoping she would return one but she just walked downstairs. After freshening up, I walked after Lexa heading downstairs, finding her sitting on the counter talking on the phone with someone her back to me.

"I'll be home in a bit.. yeah just some stuff to take care of. Thank you Titus, goodbye." She ended the call, letting out a frustrated sigh and slamming her phone on the counter besides her.

"You sleep well?" I broke the silence, walking over to her. She nodded in response.

"Let's go" she stood up, grabbing my hand and leading me to the door.

"Where?" I pulled back slightly, slowing her down to a stop so she could turn back, her green eyes meeting mine.

"For breakfast"

"You can't go out like that"

"Why not?" She raised an eyebrow.

"Because you're covered in blood."

"Oh" she looked down, realizing the blood that lay splattered against her shorts and tee.
"You can borrow something from me, I wouldn't mind" I shrugged and sat on the stool, waiting for her as she went to change. As I sat waiting I heard a buzz, I looked over on the counter to see what I thought to be Lexa's phone. But, she took it with her, and it had a blue case this one is red. I picked up the phone curiously and looked at the notification. It was a text.

Redhead: Hey,we still on for tonight?
Redhead: What's up? That Lexa girl still keeping you away, xoxo
Redhead: Just sneak out like always
Redhead: Hello?
Redhead: Did she take your phone or something, god she really is a bitch :))

This was Costia's phone. Assuming that Lexa hadn't seen these, she'd be heartbroken if she saw them, more than she already is. Before I could delete all the messages, Lexa was already walking up to me. She took one of my grey shirts and jeans wearing her signature jacket on top, though they fit loosely on her since she had a smaller waist and was more fit than I was. I was more curvy and plump.

"What're you doing with Costia's phone?" Before I could make up an explanation, she snatched the phone away from me and stumbled upon the messages and began to read them. For a quick second, pain cracked through her face, her eyes softening in sadness and hurt. In betrayal.
