Laughter

Genji looked at the building. He was over welhelmed. The building was tall, and made of a white brick. On the front of it was a OverWatch symbol. He carried his luggage up to the door, Zenyatta floated by him.

"Don't worry my pupil, I am here to comfort you." Zenyatta whispered, and gave a happy click. Genji nodded, and rang the door bell. Shuffling could be heard on the other side of the door. Genji took a breathe in, he had prepared for months for this moment. It had been at least three months sense he had read the letter.

The door opened, and revealed a smiling Winston. "Genji." He held his gorilla hand out. Genji took it and shook it.

"Winston." Genji greeted. "And this must be Zenyatta?" Winston gestured to the omnic. Zenyatta gave a circular wave. "Greetings."

"Please, come in." Winston moved aside for the two too walk in. Genji looked around. It was a living area. With a cloth couch and a myrtle wood table. A right to the couch were two steps that lead into the kitchen. Further into the right was a hallway.

"Lovely place." Genji complimented, his metal feet hitting the shiny wooden floor.

"Thank you. We had to get this place built quietly. It took a while, not only to build but to find such an isolated place." Winston walked into the middle of the room. "Please, make your self at home. I'll show you too your room."

A little while later, Genji was showed to his room, right next to his room was Zenyatta's.
As Genji walked in, it felt like home. He had a beige carpet, and hammock in the corner. There was a shrine to the right of the room with a matt. A picture of a dragon hung on one of the walls. Genji opened his luggage and unpacked.

What would a cyborg need? Pretty much nothing. But, he did bring a candle and a blanket. Genji looked at the clock above the metal door, it read 4:00. He walked out to meet a woman. She wore a pink top with a black skirt. She chewed on bubblegum that made a loud pop.

She looked surprised at Genji, her eyes widened, and stared at Genji.

"Woah." She whispered. Genji looked at her, "I am sorry. Let me get out of your way." He stepped to the side, making way for her. "Uh, thanks. Who are you?" She pointed at him. "My name is Genji Shimada. What is yours?" He responded.

"Hana Song, professional gamer and recruit of OverWatch! You must be new! Welcome to OverWatch, Genji! Always awesome to have new members to protect the world." She smiled happily. "I am not new. I was a part of OverWatch before we disbanded." He said, and Hana looked dumb founded. "What? You were with old man 76 and Mercy?" She asked. Genji nodded in response. Now from surprised, to happy, to in absolute wonder.

"I have to go. I hope to chat later, Ms. Song." Genji gave a small wave and walked away.

She gazed after him, in wonder. An original! Wow!

Genji walked into the main living area and was met with other recruits that were chatting. They didn't notice him, all but a certain gruff man.

"Genji?"

Genji turned to see his old Blackwatch teammate.

"McCree."

"Well then..long time no see, partner?" McCree chuckled. Genji gave a small chuckle as well, rubbing the back of his neck. "Good to see you haven't lost anymore body parts. Heh." McCree gave a playful finger gun towards Genji, expecting him to be still and cold as he used to be, but what Genji did surprised him. "I am glad to see you still have your right arm." Genji finger gun back, and laughed.

"Well I'll be damned, yer 'a laughin'! Haha! I like it!" Jesse laughed along, putting a hand to his head.

"I do apologize for putting the image in your head that I was heartless. Even though I was mean, I still do quite literally have a heart." Genji shrugged, chuckling. McCree placed a hand in his shoulder. "No hard feelin's. I knew you were goin' through lots o' pain." Jesse smiled sincerely.

"Hey, lets have a drink. I'd love to catch up with my buddy," Jesse walked towards the kitchen dragging Genji with him.

"Lúcio, Mei, this is Genji. He was a part of blackwatch!" Jesse smiled and pulled Genji closer, who waved shyly. "Yo, what's up Genji my omnic! It's super cool to see a original. I didn't know there were anymore." Lucio smiled while he sat the marble counter top. Genji flinched at the word 'omnic'. Jesse gave out a nervous laugh, feeling Genjis uncomfortableness. Mei gasped, realizing.

"What? What I'd do?" Lucio asked. Mei leaned over and whispered in his ear. Lucios eyes widened before saying, "oh gosh Genji! My apologizes my man. Er, my cyborg? Ah, I'm making it worse!"

"Do not worry. I understand." Genji waved his hand dismissively.

"Oh! I bet I got someone who you'd love to meet!" Jesse exclaimed, dragging Genji along with him. They traveled to the west wing of the house, Jesse opened the door to reveal a medical room. A woman stood inside, she turned to see the two who barged in.

"Hello Jesse. And...." She trailed off looking at the cyborg. She dropped her clip board, rising her hands to her mouth, tears forming in her eyes.

Jesses grip loosened from Genjis shoulder, as he stood straighter and ran towards Angela, picking her up by her hips and twirling around in circles. "Genji!" Angela squealed, laughing. Genji laughed along to, finally putting her down and hugging her tightly.

They stood there for a while, thinking of nothing but each other, being in each other's embrace. But, something broke their silence. A squeal.

The two looked up too see Jesse, Mei, Hana, Lucio and Zenyatta in the door way, staring at them. The squeal came from Mei. Angela blushed and hid behind Genji, who chuckled and held her hand.

"Glad to see you finally grew some balls, Genji." Zenyatta said. "Master!" Genji yelled, the room erupted into laughter, eventually Genji joined in as well.
