"I don't know. She said she knew what me and Chloe are doing, I don't know what she meant. I tried to find her but it's like she fucking disappeared Stace," Beca ratted a hand in her hair as she drove into school.
"Calm it a sec. Have you told Chloe?" Stacie asked.
"No, definitely not. She'd freak out and probably make it worse,"
"Fair point. Ok, don't worry, I know exactly how to figure this out," Stacie nodded, hatching a plan in her head.
"How?" Beca asked as the pair slipped out of Beca's car.
"Don't worry about it, I'll sort it trust me," Stacie winked.
"Before the end of the day?"
"Before the end of the day." Stacie nodded.
"Dude what do we do if she knows," Beca took a seat on a nearby bench and let her head rest in her hands.
"We'll sort it. I'll make sure she doesn't tell anyone,"
"Thanks Stacie, I just really want this to be sorted," Beca sighed.
"I know you do," the tall brunette smiled sympathetically, "hey, I'll go see if I can find her, the sooner the better," she nudged Beca as she stood.
"Laters," Beca mumbled as she watched Stacie walk in the direction of the library, before dropping her head back into her hands and staring intently at the floor.
"Someone looks stressed," Beca scrunched her eyes and silently cursed as she lifted her gaze to connect with bright blue eyes.
"Didn't get much sleep," Beca offered.
"Mmm nice try Mitchell," Chloe chuckled, "wanna talk about it?" She added, gesturing to the direction of her classroom.
"Uh... I can't," Beca grimaced.
"Oh, okay," Chloe nodded slowly.
"I'm sorry Chlo it's really not important. Plus I have to wait for Stacie, to come back," Beca added with an awkward smile.
"It's fine, I'll see you later,"
"Bye," Beca breathed out as she watched Chloe leave. She felt bad about having to lie to the redhead and if Stacie didn't sort things out like she promised, she would undoubtedly have to tell the redhead, but she hoped it wouldn't come to that, she trusted Stacie and whatever plan she had. She let herself relax and found a smile coming to her face as she watched Amy talking to Jesse, flailing her arms in his face as he hastily tried to protect himself.

Meanwhile...

Stacie headed toward the library, knowing that although Jackie was unlikely to be in there, that is was a popular place to be before the start of the day and the blonde may possibly be in there. She pushed the door open quietly and scanned the room as she walked around, after not catching a glimpse of Jackie, she headed out of the opposite door and instead took to walking the halls.

Eventually she saw Jackie in the hall ahead of her, walking with her back to Stacie. The brunette jogged up to her and tapped her on the shoulder,
"Here to slap me again Conrad?" The blonde huffed.
"Hey you deserved it, and no," Stacie mock grinned.
"Whatever. What do you want?"
"Well, I heard that from a friend that you think something is happening between Beca and Miss Beale. Now I realise Beca's been going there a few times over the past week and I wondered if you knew why? Please don't tell Beca about this," Stacie begged, trying to sound as convincing as possible.
"I'm sure you already know, you don't need me to tell you," Jackie rolled her eyes.
"Jackie I ain't got a clue and I really want to know, please, tell me,"
"Fine," Jackie huffed, "that teacher's been snooping around for vulnerable students and she's trying to 'help them'. Like a fucking therapist. Your mate's been going to her as a therapist to get over what I did to her, so lame," Jackie chuckled.
"Really?" Stacie asked, trying her best not to let out a laugh at Jackie's response.
"Oh yeah it's obvious, Beale tried to talk to my friend Kathy about the 'family issues' she's having. She probably preyed on Beca when she heard I cheated on her,"
"Right! Yeah of course. Thanks for the help Jackie, don't let Beca know I asked," she said with a wink and started to walk in the opposite direction. Stacie smiled as she walked, happy for Beca and Chloe that their secret was still safe, but also amused by the fact that Jackie thought that Beca was being counselled by the redhead to help her get over Jackie. Ridiculous.

"Pfft Beca you are fine," Stacie chuckled as she approached the brunette, patting her on the shoulder from behind.
"Huh, wha?" Beca asked, clearly in her own world.
"Jackie? Dude you're fine, funny story really," Stacie grinned.
"Well hurry up, Jess has gone to the loo and he'll be back soon," Beca said.
"Asshole doesn't think you're fucking the woman she thinks you're getting counselling to get over her," Stacie chuckled as she quickly explained what had happened when she spoke to Jackie.
"Oh dude that's funny," Beca laughed, "she thought I was getting counselling, from Chloe! Glad she cheated on me, wouldn't wanna be stuck with that," Beca grinned, "that's good though. No need for me to get all freaked out now,"
"Exactly. A misunderstanding," Stacie nodded.
"What're you two giggling about?" Jesse asked as he came to sit in front of the pair.
"Oh nothing important," Beca waved him off with a smile, "nice loo break?"
"Yeah it was.. great. Thanks for asking?" Jesse said slowly as he sat down.
"Excited for graduation?" Stacie asked him.
"Yeah it's gonna be awesome, I can't believe it's so close," Jesse grinned widely.
"I can't wait," Beca smiled as she let her head rest back on the bench where she was sitting and took a deep breath.

Beca practically floated into Chloe's class that afternoon, even daring to shoot her a quick wink as she entered, Chloe rolled her eyes with a smile as the brunette passed her and said quick hello to Stacie.
"You two get on well don't you," Beca pondered, "I only just realised,"
"Yeah actually we kinda do," Stacie nodded.
"Guess I should say thanks actually shouldn't I. Without you I definitely wouldn't be with, y'know, and I'd probably still be with that blonde whore as well," Beca tilted her head as she thought, "thanks dude I owe you big time," she finished with a smile as she reached over and gave Stacie a joke punch in the arm.
"Anytime dude, I like her and I like you with her," Stacie nodded, "I'm glad it all worked out eventually and I see it going far, really,"
"So do I," Beca smiled lightly as she turned her eyes to watch Chloe, setting up the class. Stacie had a smug smile as she watched Beca, already knowing that her friend was absolutely smitten with the redhead.

Beca offered Stacie a ride home, but asked her to wait by Beca's car for a minute so she could have a quick chat with Chloe.
"Becs, you okay?" Chloe asked as she shuffled the papers on her desk, laying them down neatly before standing and going to sit next to the brunette.
"Yeah and I'm sorry about earlier. There was something I had to do and now I've done it it's all fine," Beca explained.
"What was it?" Chloe asked, cocking an eyebrow.
"Something with Jackie, she said something and I just needed to sort it. It was nothing important, honestly," Beca mumbled.
"Alright, as long as you're okay now," Chloe smiled as she traced patterns on Beca's hand.
"Definitely," Beca smiled, "but hey I have to go, I'm driving Stacie home,"
"You brought your car?" Chloe asked.
"Chloe, you parked next to it you idiot," Beca chucked.
"Well fuck I didn't notice," Chloe laughed.
"You'll see it some other time babe, perhaps the weekend? We can go somewhere?" Beca asked.
"Sounds good to me," Chloe smiled, "now go, Stacie will be bored outta her mind,"
"Yes Miss Beale," Beca smirked as she stood up, kissing Chloe on the forehead and waving her hand over her shoulder as she strolled towards the door.
"Eyes up Beale," she called jokingly as she got to the door, hearing Chloe laugh.
"Get outta my classroom," she called and Beca could hear the joking tone of her voice. The brunette chuckled as she reached the school parking lot, seeing Stacie on her phone leaning against her car.
"All sorted?" Stacie asked.
"All's perfect, let's go," Beca smiled as she slid into the driving seat and started the engine.
