F u l l d e s c r i p t i o n:

"Come here," he holds out his hand. I've been on the rooftop many times, but I've never sat or stood on the ledge. It's like a death sentence. "I won't let anything bad happen to you, okay?"

I answer by taking his hand in mine, allowing him to pull me onto the edge of the rooftop.

I gape at the view. Red, yellow, purple, blue, and white lights shine throughout the entire cities buildings as the sun sets.

I feel like I'm on top of the world.

I look over at Bellamy and he's already staring at me with something in his eyes that I can't quite put my finger on.

When they were little, Clarke Griffin and Bellamy Blake did everything together. They were best friends and at one point, they decided to take each other's first kisses. They grew up with a stronger connection than ever and Clarke kept close contact with his sister, Octavia, so when she leaves her city behind to go to Polis for college without a goodbye, things take a turn for the worse.

Two years later, Clarke returns to see if she'll reconnect with the two Blakes.

A/N: I'm honestly soooo excited for this book. I'm also going to right a non-bellarke fanfic, and I will still continue to write bellarke.
