And that was our epic love story, though it will still continue on from today. Even 6 days and 7 days later I relive all of the struggle Bellamy and I endured to get to where we are today.

It was so worth it.

We've been married for a little over four years and have been going strong since. In fact, we decided for me to quit using my birth control and have given birth to twins. My little girls, Maya and Aurora. Bell's mom passed away in a snowy car accident two years after our marriage. There were days where we struggled to get out of bed in the morning. That was until Bellamy told me he wanted babies.

"Soon," he said. "I want us to build a family."

And so we did. Aurora would have been such a giving and compassionate grandmother. I'm sure that wherever she is now she'll look after them as they grow up.

Bellamy's loyalty as a police officer earned his position as the sheriff and though it may take some time away from me and the kids, he comes home every night for dinner, helps me tuck the girls in, and makes love to me before we fall asleep.

Our very own happy ending.

Speaking of happy endings, it turns out that at my mom and Kane's wedding, Lincoln came in and proposed to Octavia.

And she said yes. I was completely shocked even though I knew there was something going on between the two, but a proposal seemed crazy to me at the time. And now, I can see how much they love each other. They're happily married and have four kids, one on the way. That's a lot to handle but I know they can do it as long as they have each other.

Lexa and Costia got married, too. They adopted a boy named Aden after three years of marriage and they are one happy family.

Lastly, Murphy and Raven. Boy, do they have a story but that's for another time. All I can say is that they're completely in love and just got married last month. I was expecting a sooner marriage but heartbreak and exes came in the way of their relationship at the worst of times.

Roan, the "stripper", was released from jail a couple of years ago, but as I'm watching the TV now, he's been caught in an armed robbery.

"Predictable," I laugh at the TV. At least I won't have to worry about him any more.

"Mommy?" a voice squeaks from the corner of the room.

"What are you doing up, baby?" I ask Madi.

"Where's daddy?" she asks.

"He's just working late tonight is all," I hold my arms out for her to climb into.

Sometimes Bellamy works late, too. Nights like this suck but I have my daughters with me so I'm okay. I see a door open and Rory (Aurora's nickname) slides through. "Mommy, daddy always checks the closets for monsters."

"Do you want me to go and check, sweetheart?" I offer.

She stills. "No. Only daddy."

"He's sheriff," Madi whispers in my ear and I giggle.

"Fine, then. Won't you join us?" Rory joins us on the couch. I switch the channel of the TV to their favorite kids show.

Bellamy arrives shortly after with his uniform on and three roses in his hand.

"Daddy!" The girls tackle him.

"How are my girls?" he kisses their foreheads. "I got you something," he hands them the roses.

"Rose!" Madi giggles.

Bellamy scoops the girls up in his arms and bring them to the couch, to me. He kisses me on the forehead twice. "Sorry it was a late night, baby," he apologizes, the girls already falling asleep in the crooks of his neck. I swear he has some sort of super power. His neck is a cave that everyone wants to get lost in.

"It's okay, Bell," I kiss him on the lips. "The girls can't sleep," I explain the situation.

"Check the closets?" Rory suggests.

"Why don't you girls just sleep in our bed tonight?" Bellamy compromises. The girls love to sleep with us.

"Yay!" Both Madi and Rory hop out of his arms and run into out bedroom.

Now, Bellamy takes my wrist and pulls me into his chest, crashing his lips down on mine. I kiss him back, but he keeps it brief. "It sucks that I can't have you tonight, C."

I lean my forehead against his. "Just means you'll have to make up for it tomorrow night," I teases and sashayed into our bedroom. I heard his growl behind me.

Sleep that night came easy. Holding hands with my husband, our girls softly snoring between us.

I can't believe we almost stayed friends when we
