Chapter Nineteen

Your POV~

Ichigo then kisses your forehead before sitting on the ground in front of you cross legged, his sword in his lap. He closes his eyes focusing on his inner world but when his dad goes up behind him going to hit him in the head he dodges.

"Why did you dodge?!?"

"What're you crazy?!? If I didn't dodge it it's gonna hurt!" He yells getting an anime vein.

"That fact that you dodged means you aren't putting your soul into your sword!! Concentrate!" He screams getting in Ichigo's face while you sweat drop.

"I know what to do alright?!?" He yells before huffing and trying it again. After a few minutes you can see his head drop a little and you grab his chin in your hand tilting it up so you can look at him seeing his head go limp once again when you retract your hand.

"He's in."

"You should get some practice too...especially controlling your bankai."

"Right..." You say continuing your stare at Ichigo for a second before grabbing your own sword and digging the tip into the ground in front of you. You keep a hold of the hilt with one hand putting the other in your lap, closing your eyes and focusing on your inner world as well. After a few moments you appear in your inner world staring up at the crescent moon up above finding a small comfort in it.

"So you managed to survive...I'm impressed." Your Zanpakuto says in human form crossing his arms over his chest.

"What did you expect me just roll over and die?" You ask harshly growing an anime vein a little bit hurt.

"You want to help defeat Aizen yes?"

"Yeah. That's why I'm here"

"Well too bad." He shrugs nonchalant 

"What the hell is your problem. You're just setting me up to fail?!?! Why are you such a pain in the ass?! I've kept us both alive that counts for something! So stop being so damn stuck up like you're better than me! You're just a fucking sword get over yourself!!" You scream.

"Without me you would be nothing Y/n!" He screams back at you and you huff at him like a child.

"Look I didn't come here just to argue with you. If you have a problem with me just get over it because right now we don't have the time!"

"Just when the show was getting good." Your hollow self appears with an ugly smirk on her face.

"You again." You cringe.

"I told you you're not getting rid of me." She smirks coming at you and you counterattack clashing sword and sending sparks flying. When you regain consciousness after a long while of fighting, you finally managed to beat your hollow and control your bankai. You then see Ichigo carrying both you and Isshin.

"Ichigo...?"

'Something seems different...his hairs longer and he's taller....?'

"Y/n...Hey."

"We're here..." You say as he puts you down and you notice your hair has gotten longer as well reaching your waist now along with getting taller and curvier, more grown up looking.

"How...how long has it been?"

"Not exactly sure but let's finish this."

"Right." You say nodding as Ichigo still carries his dad. You make it to a group of your friends and Aizen seeing them all stare at you and Ichigo in shock. Ichigo lays Isshin down on a rock saying his thanks while you scope out where the girls are.

"Yuzu and Karin are safe."

"That's Ichigo and Y/n right?!" Keigo asks confused.

"Everyone stay where you are and stay back." You say laying your blade on your shoulder feeling an electric charge running through you, You've definitely gotten a lot more powerful.

"W-what do you mean?" Keigo stutters in awe.

"Are you really Ichigo Kurosaki?" Aizen asks.

"What do you mean?" Ichigo answers.

"If you really are Ichigo Kurosaki...Then you are a disappointment."

You snarl and Ichigo gives you a pointed look making you calm down. After a few minutes of them talking you zone out staring at Rangiku and Gin till Ichigo says your name.

"Y/n protect the others."

"But-"

"This is my fight."

"Be careful and you better come back." You warn him sighing at his stubbornness and he slightly smiles.

"Anything for you remember?"

You manage to crack a smile before Ichigo grabs Aizen by the face bringing him else where and you stay with everyone else doing as your told.
