Ch. 25 - Consumed by darkness

*Sky's POV*

We all walked out of the gate and stopped by it.

I was about to say something but Amaimon raised his finger to my lips to silence me and I shivered by his touch.

He shrugged it off like it was nothing and pulled out his sword and said.

"Gate of Gehenna to Assiah - OPEN!" A portal opened and before I could even comprehend what was happening, Amaimon grabbed me and we jumped into the portal.

We ended up on the roof of true cross academy, and it's sun down already.

Me and Amaimon stood across from each other as Martha stood in between us.

"We are gathered here today to celebrate the union of king Amaimon and lady Sky Nightingale," I looked at Martha begging her to get me out of this mess, but she ignored me as she continued on. "Let's begin, Amaimon do you take lady Sky to be your wife? Will you promise to always love her and take care of her for all eternity?"

"I do." Martha nodded and turned to me.

"Sky, do you take Amaimon to be your husband? Will you promise to always love him and take care of him for all eternity?" Dark shadows cast under my eyes.

"I-I-I DON'T - I WILL NEVER MARRY A MAN LIKE YOU!" Everyone around me gasped as I used my fist to knock Amaimon out. I tried to run away but Martha grabbed a hold of me and wouldn't let me go.

"Martha? What are you doing? Let me go." She wouldn't budge and held onto me tighter.

"I'm sorry my lady." Katsuo and Satan started to laugh at my stupidity.

"Did you really think that I would let you go that easily? You must be more foolish than I thought." I growled at him as I heard footstep coming towards us.

"Sky!" I look to see Rin, Yukio, Shiemi, my mom, and everyone from cram school.

"Rin!" I tried to get out of Martha's grip but all of the sudden I felt my head start to hurt. Martha noticed this and let go of me. I fell to the ground screaming.

"Sky!" My mother started running towards me but Mephisto held her back. "LET ME GO! PLEASE!" But he didn't listen.

"No! It's too dangerous. She's in her transformation. " The pain was so great that I ended up passing out.

*Dream*

I opened my eyes to Mami staring at me with a smirk on her face. I realized what was happening and looked at Mami in horror.

"Mami please don't do this." I Begged her not to but she showed me no mercy by saying.

"Too late Sky." Then I passed out again.

*Mami's POV*

My eyes open to see everyone staring at me with a shocked expression. I smirked to see that I turned into Sky's demon form.

My hair turned pure white as black horns were sticking out of my head. My left eye was blue, while the other was red. During the transformation, the cuffs around my wrists came off.

"Sky?" My mother asked with a worried look on her face. I laughed like a menace when I heard her say Sky's name.

"No, guess again." Rin's eyes widened when he realized who I really was.

"Your Mami!"

"Bingo! Now here's how this is going to go, I'm going to marry the love of my life and take over this stupid world." Mother growled at me as she said.

"Your not going to get away with this my child. We are going to stop you and get Sky back. I have hope that she is still in there, she hasn't given up and we are not going to give up on her." The whole gang agreed along with her with a determined look on their faces. I chuckled loudly. Just how naïve are these people?

"Sorry to break it to you sweetheart but there is no way in hell you are getting her back, because with these powers that I have I am unstoppable and no one can beat me." I sliced the palm of my hand with my sword and said.

"Gate of Gehenna, OPEN FOR ALL DEMONS." A gate open in the middle of the roof and demons started to pour out of it.

"Good job Mami, I knew I could count on you." I smiled at my father, happy over the fact that he prasied me for something that I did right.

"Mami stop this right now." Rin pulled out his sword and blue flames surrounded him, and he charged towards me. He tried to strike me but I pushed him back with my wind wave. Everyone helped him up as I said.

"Are you done trying to save this pathetic girl you call a friend?" I felt a hand on my shoulder, I turned to look at my father and Satan.

"Kill them all!" I nodded and gave him an evil smirk as I pulled out my sword and purple flames surrounded me.

I went straight towards Sky's best friend, Shiemi. She gasps when she notices that I was going full speed towards her. I was about to strike her but someone else came in my way.

"Sky please wake up, I know you're in there. Don't let your sister take control of you." I pushed Rin backwards and managed to cut his cheek. He held his cheek in pain as he backed away. Yukio pulled out his fire arm and tried to shoot me ten times but I dodged each and every one.

"You should stop trying. I can already feel her losing hope." I tried to attack again but I dropped my sword and clutched my head in pain.

Please don't hurt them Mami. They have nothing to do with this. This is between you and me.

Get out of my head Sky!

No I will not let you hurt them.

*Rin's POV*

"Guys, the plan won't work. Attacking her all at once - she's too strong. What do we do?" Izumo asked shaking her head as the rest of us were trying to think of a plan while Mami was fighting herself.

"I have an idea," everyone looked at Shura as she continued on. "As you can see Sky's still fighting in there, we can use that to our advantage. Rin is Sky's weakness so all we have to do is distract Mami long enough so that Rin can get close to her and try to break through to Sky, got it?" We all nodded and put our plan into motion.
