Chapter 36

Chapter 36: Reunited

Gary and Aunt Artic arrived at the lighthouse where no penguin can enter due to Gary's power. They arrived at the same time they left in the same position they were in when they teleported out of the alternate timeline, kissing. They then hugged each other.

"I now understand what they mean about moving on" said Gary. "This feeling is new to me so I had I had no idea how to cope. Please forgive me".

"Does it mean...?" asked Aunt Artic.

"Yes" said Gary. "Aunt Artic... I love you" said Gary.

"You got the name wrong" said Aunt Artic. "It's Alicia".

"Do still want me upset?" asked Gary.

"Aunt Artic it is!" said Aunt Artic.

The two hugged and G spun Aunt Artic around. He then unlocked the doors of the lighthouse and they both teleported to Aunt Artic's igloo. The characters heard the news and went to the igloo immediately. They all gathered around Gary and welcomed him back. They were all glad Gary came back.

"G! You're back!" said Rookie.

"Does it mean... you're staying for good?" asked Petey K.

"I am" said Gary. "And I'm sorry if I made anyone worry or upset".

"G, you just wanted to be happy" said Cadence. "I know it's though getting through the fact about Allie but its life".

"We're just glad that you're back" said Sensei.

"Avast! Gary returned!" said Rockhopper.

They all asked Gary different questions about life in the parallel universe. They then went to Gary's igloo and cleared out everything that Allie owned and things that let Gary remember Allie. The only thing that he kept that belonged to her are the photobook that Allie keeps updating every year and the engagement ring. Everyone helped comforted Gary even though doing this was really hard on him.

"Gary, we're glad you're finally moving on" said Rookie.

"Just like winter night, it will be gone by then, it will return soon" said Sensei.

Gary kept his composure continued what they were doing.
