Chapter 12: Hypnosis
Tara activated the machine and there was a helmet on Gary’s head. Tara turned it on and it was filled with dark Link energy. Gary couldn’t leave. He was now brainwashed but permanently till she says so. When the process has ended, Gary’s eyes turned dark blue. He tried to fight it but he couldn’t. The ropes were gone and Tara went closer and kissed him. Gary pulled her in closer. He wanted more. He was now under her control and he couldn’t leave her.
“You’re now under my control G” said Tara. “You’re now mine”.
Back outside, the signal of Gary became missing.
“Noo!” yelled Alana. “We need to return to HQ”
They flew back and deformed. They saw Lane and he was upset. He was more than upset, he was furious.
“How could you do this?” asked Lane. “All I asked it to find the Ducktor but not only you failed, you lost G!”.
“I’m sorry sir” said Alana. “It was my idea for all of us to split up!”.
“This is bad!” said Lane. “G can’t be with the Ducktor!”
“Why?” asked Petey K.
“Because G is the Wielder of the Link” said Lane.
“What?” asked everyone.
Lane placed his head down in upset and was ready to expose another secret.
“Ok, the Link comes in 3 fragment pieces” said Lane. “Power, Balance and Control. Gary is the wielder from the start. He was programmed to be the wielder. If Gary is near a possessor, they get really powerful. If he get near all 3 fragments, he becomes the ultimate Wielder. He’s Club Penguin’s hope in balancing the game. Since the Link was given to 3 possessors, each gets a fragment. Once combined, it becomes the ultimate power source”.
“So Gary is the main possessor of the Link” said Sensei.
“Not really” said Lane. “He’s a wielder, he collects the power and controls it. No one can control all 3 fragments. Only one! And since he’s gone, we’re back to square one!”
“So what do we need to do?” asked Cadence.
“Find the Ducktor and Gary!” said Lane. “You’ll do it tomorrow! For now, go back to the hotel and sleep. You need that energy for tomorrow”.
When they Alana went to her room, she saw Trevor in her room.
“Trevor?” asked Alana.
“Hello Lana” said Trevor.
“What are you doing here?” asked Alana.
Trevor was going to get near to her. Then her bracelet is beeping. It can sense Link energy.
“Freeze!” said Alana. “You aren’t Trevor!”
Trevor removed the door and now Alana was trapped. When she scanned who was Trevor, it wasn’t really him.
“Who are you?” asked Alana.
