~ Kaiden's POV ~

That night, I feel asleep with much difficulty. The blue eyes invaded my normally peaceful sleep and left me in a cold sweat. I woke up by Lucy poking my cheek,

"Kaiden!" She squealed, realising I was awake. She climbed onto the bed with me,
"Lets go out somewhere!"

"Can't today Monkey" I sighed, she titled her head and stuck out her bottom lip.

"But why!" She whined kicking her legs,

"I've got things to do today" I explained. She scrabbled off me, running to the door and taking a deep breath.

"MUMMY! KAIDEN WON'T TAKE ME OUT!" She shrieked, I tumbled out of bed to silence her but I could already hear mum stomping upstairs.

"Kaiden, take your sister out! It's the weekend" she said looking down at me on the floor. I ran my fingers through my bed hair,

"I'm meeting a.... friend at his place so we can start our assignment" I explained.

"You can still take your sister, it's good for her to get out and meet new people" my mother said. I didn't want to take Lucy to his house, I felt that it would be unsafe and dangerous. But I couldn't say that to mum, she'd tell dad and that'll end in someone getting badly hurt. I groaned,

"... fine" I muttered. Lucy cheered, I got up and took a much needed shower as my mother put a car seat in my car. I came downstairs wearing a zipped up hoodie hiding my neck and some dimple jeans. On the table was bacon and eggs which I devoured before getting into my car.

"All good Lucy?" I asked looking in the mirror at her, she gave me a thumbs up and I began to drive. Felix texted me his address while I was in the shower and said he expects me soon. After putting it in the GPS, I found it to be on the outskirts of the bad side of town. This was the side where illegal activities went down, a place many people stayed away from.
Pulling up at the ratty looking apartments, I scrunched my nose. Felix and his family lives here? It look as though it'd fall over at any given moment. I unbuckled Lucy,

"Keep close to me okay?" She nodded, skipping along side me as I entered the the building into the lobby. Brown colour couches stood in the corner with a coffee table in the middle, a few magazines piled on it. To my right was a large desk occupied by a old looking lady typing on a shitty looking computer that looked as old as her. I coughed and she looked up at me, she smiled.

"Hello hot stuff" she crocked, I was surprised as she smiled like one of the girls at school do when they flirt.

"Uh, hi?" I said, she physically looked at me up and down.

"A little to young but I've always wanted to do a high school jock"
I spluttered, confused at what she said.
"Got any friends? We could change it to something fun like-"

"Hi!" Lucy called cutting her off, I thanked Lucy mentally.

"Oh hello dear!" She said kindly, no longer with a flirtatious look on her face.

"I'm here for Felix?" I said taking a advantage of her guard down.

"Why does Felix get all the hotties?" She muttered,
"Floor 5, room 9" she instructed. I thanked her, seeing the elevator was closed.

"Race you!" Lucy called dashing up the stairs, completely ignoring my warning of staying close to me. I groaned, running after her only she had less weight to carry. At the top, I was out of breath. Daily work out was done, those stairs are a beast to climb. Lucy skipped to door 9 as I was still winded and knocked on the wood. The door opened,
