About the third month that Bob had been working at Mannford, that's when he started to ask her out. At first it was just social with other employees, things that no one would ever consider going to and then he started to ask her out specifically on dates, to the clubs to dance or dinner and a movie. She was determined that this was not how she envisioned working at this firm would be like and she tried with every fiber of her being to maintain her professional persona. Misty would politely decline all of his invitations every single time. She wanted him to know that she was not interested in him, at all! She actually was very disgusted with just the thought of him in that way, revolted and nauseated. Her head was screaming "get the fuck away from me! There is nothing on this god damn planet that would make me go anywhere with you, you fucking little troll. You are so unbelievably gross, holy shit did he just try to look at my chest again?" After her multiple declines to go anywhere with him, there was a sudden deterioration in her work percentage and it was on only the things she had been working on alone. He was furious, "How fucking dare her! She's never going to get anyone better than me! She such an ungrateful little bitch, I'll show her how much she needs me and then she'll change her mind or else!" She never changed her answer when he asked her and then somehow, there were these had huge errors coming up in the equations, ones that weren't there when she had computed all the data and calculations and entered them into the program. As she sat there reflecting on how those issues could have happened, because she was always striving for perfection.
She was thinking and prepping the production information needed for the meeting with the heads of the divisions, along with the precision with her input of data that pertained strictly about her job before the board meeting. She knew something was wrong, in all her time here she had never had any issues like this. She was contemplating on this when Bob walked up and said something. She didn't hear him and honestly, she wasn't paying any attention to him. He hated that and began to snapping his fingers close to Misty's face over and over again. This caused her to pull back and look at him with contempt and anger. Bob said "Misty, do I need to have you take a drug test? Where the hell is your brain because you sure as hell aren't here in this office right now. Actually, yeah you know what I think, yeah, I know that you're high!" To this reference, Misty lost any and all composure that she had. Misty said "Are you kidding me? You're such an arrogant little man, I wouldn't go out with you on a date or to watch a movie in the same theater that you were in and now all the sudden there are some major issue with the reports that weren't there three hours ago when I finished them. We all know who saved this account and it sure as hell wasn't you. I'm tired of your BS. Trying to blame this shit on me because I want nothing to do with you! I'm here strictly to work and nothing else! I'm sorry if you are feeling so incompetent in your job and personal life that you need to pick on me. Maybe if you found a mute, deaf and blind chick who couldn't and wouldn't have an independent thought, you'd be all set".
Misty turned to leave the room and felt a strong-arm wrap around her bicep, Bob spoke quietly but straight to the point, "I'm going to make your life a living fucking hell you little condescending cunt and there isn't anything you can do about it! Even if you try to speak to the board about this, I'll just tell them that I rebuffed your advance and now you are seeking retribution on me. I think that they will listen more to me because well look at me, I'm the manager, you well, you're an ant and I've been working longer than you've been alive. I dress myself without embarrassing myself and the senior assholes upstairs won't believe a word from a fucking little whore like you. So, think about how you talk to me in the future or you will get hurt a lot worse than me grabbing your arm, bitch." Misty was taken completely aback by his comments but there was this gleam in his eyes that scared her the most, there was pure evil behind his black eyes. That was exactly how he wanted her to react from the conversation. Misty was in total shock. How could he say that? How and why, did it happened, like this? How would it come across to the owners if she were to just tell them about the confrontation? Would they sweep this issue under the carpet? She wasn't sure how or what they would or could do. Misty realized that she had to make sure that there was no way he could talk his way out of his behavior, she wasn't sure they would believe her. When Misty was called up to Bob's office just a few hours before the important meeting to figure out how to correct the issues with Mannford company and get company moral back up, something in her knew something wasn't right. Bob was such a complete sick son of a bitch! He told her in a domineering tone of his "if you don't do what I say, when I say it, I am going to bring those falsified reports to the attention of the board. I'll just tell them that your work has not been up to par as of late and that it was a good thing that I was around. That it was me who was able to fix the issues or the company would have lost billions of dollars!" She looked at him in complete shock and she said "but, but that's not true and you know it, you can't do this", she turned to walk out. Then Bob grabbed her by the arm and it was starting to hurt her arm pretty badly, Misty said "ouch, Bob let go of me, you're hurting my arm!" Bob replied "good, I hope it fucking stings until next week." Bob said "you must have a mouth that's like velvet and I can't wait to have you suck me off whore and you will, if you want to keep your job, you will." Misty gasped and didn't know what to say or do at that point, all she wanted to do was run out of his office. Here she is now shaking and scared, still trapped in the office with this sick fucking pervert, who was bound and determined to make her life a living hell.
