In the morning, they woke at the same time and just smiled at each other, they said at the same time "Shower?" and she called jinx and they laughed. They took a shower together and it wasn't rushed, they took their time and enjoyed themselves. They wrapped each other in towels and held each other for a few more moments and then she smiled, dropped her towel and put on her robe, kissed him and walked out of the room towards the kitchen. She heard him laugh behind her. He put his robe on and put the towels up to dry. He walked into the kitchen and there she was making breakfast for them, he came up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her neck and said "Good morning my love. How are you feeling?" She smiled and leaned her head back onto his chest and said "Good morning honey. I'm well... I'm... well I'm soar but it's a good soar. How are you?" He chuckled and said "I've never been better. Let's eat I'm starving. Then we have got to get going." She looked at him questioningly and he laughed kissed her on her nose and said "our honeymoon starts today sweetheart." She just shook her head and laughed. They ate their breakfast and cleaned up putting everything into the dishwasher and turned it on. He took her hand and led her to the bedroom, they walked through the door and she saw that he had put the suitcases on the bed after making the bed. She just shook her head and said "How did I get so lucky? You're amazing you know, that right?" He laughed "Far from it my love but thank you. I was going to ask those questions, you beat me to it again." She looked at him, "well what should I pack? I have no idea where we are going." She was hunting for hints. He laughed and said "I'm not telling you but it's going to warm to hot so I wouldn't pack much." He had a gleam in his eye and she laughed "Ok, I get it. Hot, so tanks and shorts, anything else?" He just shook his head and laughed "Nope." Finally, they were packed and he zipped up the suitcases and took them to the car, she was right behind him, locking the door. He had opened her car door and she got in and he closed the door and she reached across the car and opened the door for him. He got in and grabbed her face and kissed her hard. "What was that for?" she asked. He said "What I can't kiss my wife when I want to? It's because you're so adorable and thoughtful that I wanted to show you that I appreciate you. And I love you so much!" She smiled and then he put the car in drive and they pulled onto the road and stopped at the gas station down the road from the house. He got out and filled the gas tank and asked her if she wanted anything for the drive. She said "um, maybe a soda, water and some chips or something like that." He laughed and said "ok." He walks out of the gas station with a bag full of stuff, he hands it to her and begins to fill the cars fuel tank. She looks in the bag and it's got soda, water, chips, candy and her favorite kind of candy, gummy bears. She just smiles and waits for him to get into the car. He opens the door and sits down, he's about to turn the car on and she grabbed his hand and then said "I love you" and kissed him. He smiled "I love you too, Mist always have."

He turned the ignition on and put the car into drive and headed for I-15 north bound. He looked over at her and just smiled. They turned on the radio and were singing along as they were driving, she saw a sign saying "Las Vegas 150 miles" she turned to him and said "are we going to Vegas?" He shook his head and said "Nope not going to Vegas babe, unless you want to." She shook her head "I don't care where we go as long as we are together." They talked and sang along with the radio stations that they could find and then they plugged in the iPod and listen to that. About four hours after leaving home they come across a town and they pull into the Oasis parking lot and they both use the restrooms and then they get some food from Arby's right there. They weren't in a huge hurry, this was part of their honeymoon. They laughed and joked around and then finally when they were done eating again they got into the car and back onto I-15 north bound. It was only a few hours later but they came over the hill that is right before the California and Nevada state border. He smiled at her and she was in awe, she knew if she had been driving that she so would have sped up way past the speed limit just for the thrill of it. "Are we getting close honey?" she asked him. "It's a few more hours honey, if you're tired just relax and I'll wake you when we get there" he replied. She said "are you sure? I'm sorry this much driving is making me so tired." He said "Honey, really it's ok. Close your eyes and I'll put on some of your favorite music. I love you." "I love you" she says as she rests her head back onto the head rest and closed her eyes. She was asleep in no time. He drove towards Las Vegas and then took the road needed to get him to his final destination. Before he left town though he stopped and woke her up and said "Baby, we need to go into the store for something, we'll be quick I promise." She smiled and said "Ok honey, let's get whatever we need." She leaned over and gave him a kiss. He just sighed with contentment.
