There she was standing there not knowing what to do and she became completely petrified, she knew that if she left, he would follow her home. He had followed her here, she knew he was just crazy enough to do it too. She was thinking of making a run for the front door but Bob put himself directly in her path. She thought about the back door exit and then remembered that the door was broken because of a fight last week by a bunch of drunk idiots and it hadn't been repaired yet. There were no windows that she could get out of. She realized she was now backed into a cage and a very lethal and extremely dangerous predator was closing in on her. Misty exhaled with a mixture of anxiety and utter fear knowing that as of this moment, she was safe. Safe because she was in the bar but when it came time for her to leave, she didn't know what Bob was really capable of doing. She had a pretty vivid imagination and knew that he was certainly capable of a lot of things, horrible things. But within the bar Bob couldn't do much of anything but try to scare the ever living shit out of her. He was doing a fucking fantastic job at that. Charlie came back down to the side of the bar that she was at, he was opening a few bottles of beer and asked "Hey, you ok still or do you need help?" Then he looked her right in the eye and saw pure terror there. "Mist, I can have him removed from the bar, eighty-six his ass right now and he'll never be able to come in here again." "No, that will just fuel his fire. He'll just wait outside until I leave and that's even more dangerous, don't you think Charlie?" Charlie agreed with her and told her "stay in my sight if at all possible but do whatever you needed to do to get my attention if you needed it, sweetheart."
Misty smiled weakly and said "No, I'm ok for right now but I'll let you know if I need those mega cannons, ok." Charlie winked at her and returned to the other end of the bar to deliver the bottles of beer and take a few new orders, the place was now starting to get really busy. She was getting apprehensive because there were so many people now. She would have to wait for Charlie to look up, she would have to scream or smashing the glass either on his head or the floor. She was started to have a panic attack, her stomach was rolling, the room was closing in, the walls were moving in quickly on her and there was nowhere to go. Bob walked closer and closer to her and she thought for a second that she had seen something shiny in his hand, was it a knife or gun. A horror story being concocted in her head and in this story, he would tell her to leave with him, without making a scene, pressing the gun or knife into her ribs. She was freaking herself out completely with these thoughts. Just then he stepped closer still with every one of her shuttered breaths and she didn't know what to do, she was about to scream or throw her glass at Bob's head, either one would have gotten Charlie's attention, she started to lift her glass a little higher than one would normally hold a glass. She saw something flash quickly in his hand and then she knew she was right, he did have something in his hand, it wasn't a knife or a gun like she first though bit it was a syringe filled with god knows what.
As if on cue, there was a striking good-looking young man in his late 20's early 30's at the most, in amazing power suit, short black hair slicked back with piercing hazel eyes, muscular frame and a smile to die for. Misty knew that she recognized him from somewhere but she couldn't place him right then for the life of her. She removes herself from the area where Bob had cornered her in and began to move through the groups of people very deliberately, she walked over to the perfectly sculpture Adonis. He had walked to the other side of the bar, which she was actually grateful for. She smiled at him as she approached him and when she got to him, she leaned up to make it look like she was going to kiss him on the cheek. "She's coming over here, I have to make sure that I play this cool, she's so amazingly beautiful and I really want to know more about her" he thought and his heart was pounding so hard within him chest. That was when she said to this amazingly attractive man that had just walked into the bar and into her life. "I need a huge favor please!!! You see that troll of a middle-aged overweight balding guy?" The stranger nodded his head and moved to the other side of her cheek and whispered, "Is he bothering you?" She released the breath that she had unknowingly been holding in her lungs and she took in the most amazing smell in the world and it was coming from him. Misty nodded her head and then her eyes fell to the floor. The stranger said "my name is William, you can call me Will or Liam, which ever you like". Misty smiled up at him and said "I like Liam". "I'm Misty, it's nice to make your acquaintance". He laughed and so did Misty. Liam wrapped Misty's hand around his arm and they both walked to a new opening in the bar area together. Smiling and laughing at some of the people in the bar who were making complete fools of themselves dancing and singing at the karaoke machine, completely off key but so drunk they thought that they were superstars. Misty couldn't help but feel special when walking with Liam, maybe it was the way in which he held himself, his walk and the way he spoke that really set him apart from every other man that was in the establishment this night. She literally almost forgets all about her crippling fear of Bob, the mystery syringe that he was holding and was so ready to use on her just moments earlier. It was just too easy for her disregard the danger while Liam was around there was just something about him that denoted protection. Which one could see as a good or bad thing. Due to the fact that she had nearly forgot the danger that she was in just because of the man at her side, this could prove to be the most dangerous predicament that she had ever put herself into. Misty and Liam got to the bar and Misty ordered another bloody Mary and Liam ordered top shelf bourbon, neat. Charlie brought over the drinks and placed them down carefully and then looked up and asked "Is there was anything else that I could get you?" Misty smiled and then introduced the two men to each other. Both men shook hands and smiled at each other. Misty was calm and was about to say something when Bob came out of nowhere and roughly wrapped his arm around her waist and snatched her off the bar stool so hard that she was completely off balance. Bob said "you're such a stupid little whore, you think that you can just move down the bar and I wouldn't follow you and be right there? I'm going to make good on those promises you little fucking bitch!" There was a glint of silver in Bob's hand again, Misty began to hyperventilate, fearing that he was going to inject her with something and that thought petrified her beyond belief.
