He said "I love you Mist, I always have since the moment I saw you by the pool." She smiled and said "I know and it's no secret why I couldn't choose anyone but you and you alone either." They were laying there so comfortable and resting from their first act of love with each other. The Skype line rung and it was Lynda. They both looked at each other and then laughed and said "Fuck it!" Misty grabbed the laptop and the two of them were laying on the bed and held the laptop just so Lynda would only see them from the shoulders up. Lynda smiled and said "God, finally! Do you realize how long I've waited for you two to figure it out! Wait what about?" They both looked at her and laughed and said "Yeah, we know and now he is just a friend. Come home, we miss you!" Lynda laughed and said that she was coming home in three days. She got off the plane, she went through customs and was in a hurry to get to the baggage carousel. When she walked in to the baggage claim area where she was going to pick up her luggage and meet up with Misty and Charlie. When Lynda was in the correct baggage carousel, she had grabbed a cart to load her bags on to. The bags were way too heavy and she wasn't about to try to carry them, not after her extremely long flight home, even though she sat in first class and had a ton of space. She was waiting for her bags, these were four really large bags because well she had been in Japan for two months. Plus, she bought somethings for everyone while over there. Lynda pulled her first bag off the carousel, it took most of her strength, she packed a ton of stuff in her bags and she had to pay the extra money for the bags and it was actually a lot of money, almost as much as her original airline ticket before she upgraded. She was kind of shocked at the amount but she had to get her stuff home but figured that her luggage weighed more than three of her did, so it wasn't too surprising.
She was reaching for the second bag when she heard Misty squeal with unbridled joy, "Lynda, oh my god Lynda, you're really finally here, you're home!" Lynda turned around and there she saw in a full out run was Misty, arms spread wide open and a smile so big it looked like it hurt. The two girls enveloped each other in a hug that lasted what seemed like forever but was only really a just few moments. Meanwhile, Charlie was pulling off the last three bags of Lynda's. Charlie always knew which bags were Lynda's because she would always tie purple curled ribbons on the bags in two different areas. He was always so proud of her for always taking the time to make sure that her bags were easily visible. It always helped him to locate her bags when she came home because she was notorious for bringing back a ton of things from her trips. Charlie put the last bag on the cart and walked over to his sister and kissed her on the cheek and picked her up and hugged her almost to the point of Lynda not being able to breath. Lynda said "Charlie, I can't.... breath." Charlie laughed and put her down and said "sorry, I've just missed you so much. I love you sis and I'm glad you're finally home." Lynda turned and there standing to the left of Misty was a very attractive man with black hair and hazel eyes that stood out from any other set of hazel eyes she had ever seen. Lynda smiled and looked at Misty questioning "what's going on?" Misty said "Lynda, honey this is Liam. Liam this is my best friend and semi-adopted sister, Lynda." Liam put out his hand, Lynda placed her hand in his and then he kissed the top of her hand and smiled, "It's a pleasure to meet you Lynda, I have heard nothing but wonderful things about you from Misty. She really loves you." Lynda blushed and said, "It's nice to meet you too. Misty has told me about you as well." She was really astonished by the sweetness and how much she was actually physically attracted to him.
Misty could see it in Lynda's eyes that she liked the way he looked. Lynda and Misty linked arms and began to walk towards the parking area in the airport. Lynda whispered to Misty "Oh my god, he's so fucking hot. Are you sure you are just friends with him, because I might just go after that." Misty said "you want him, you got him sweetheart. It won't bother me, I've got the man of my dreams now." Charlie and Liam followed behind the two girls and could hear that the girls were whispering and giggling. Both the guys looked at each other and shook their heads. They finally made it to the truck and Charlie and Liam loaded Lynda's bags into the back of the truck. Charlie got Misty into the front seat of his truck and Lynda and Liam got in the back seat as Charlie rounded the front of the truck. Misty looked back and could see that it was a good thing that she had introduced Liam to Lynda. They had so much more in common than Misty could ever really have thought that they could have. They were getting along famously, it was as if they were friends for years, it was very wonderful to see them getting along so well.
Turned out that Liam loved photography and was asking Lynda all about her equipment and her process. How she chose her shots and what her subjects were going to be. Lynda said "I pick images that speak to me, beautiful, peaceful places. Like taking pictures of a snow capped Mount Fuji, flooded rice terraces overlooking the water that sparkle with fisherman's fires. The soaring bamboo forest of Arashiyama Park in western Kyoto, the trees were so tall it created such a wonderful representation of size, when people walk next to the trees, they show how small, we as humans truly are. My favorite though I would have to say was the Churaumi Aquarium on Okinawa, the whale sharks and other fish in the tanks were so amazing and I was in total awe of how small we truly compared to such magnificent animals." She stopped to take a breath and then said "I use a Cannon EOS 5D Mark IV, it just captures the scene so perfectly. I love it." Liam said "I would love to see some of the pictures you took while you were in Japan, I know you're probably really tired now but maybe we could get together soon to look at them together?" Lynda smiled and said in coy voice "I would love to show you my work." They got Liam to his condo and dropped him off. Lynda gave him her cell phone number and told him to call her anytime. Liam got out of the truck shook Charlie's hand, kissed Lynda's hand and hugged Misty. "We'll all have to get together soon and have dinner, I want to hear more about all your travels and see those photos that you brought back." They all agreed that it would be absolutely wonderful to get together and that it should be soon. It was all laughs and jokes from that point on, the drive would take about 15 more minutes and then Lynda would be home. Lynda asked if Charlie and Misty had talked to Nancy or Doug. They looked at each other and said "no, we were waiting for you to come home." Lynda laughed and said "you idiots, they have been waiting just as long as I have!" They all laughed and then Lynda picked up the phone and put it on speaker and had Charlie tell his mom and dad that it had finally happened, he had finally told Misty how he felt, that he wanted to be with her. Both Nancy and Doug laughed and said "you all needed to come over to the house this weekend, Friday night 6 pm, okay?" Lynda asked Misty if she minded if Lynda invited Liam. Misty said "No, I have no problems with that." Charlie and Misty arrived at Lynda's house and Charlie carried in all of her bags for her, they were so freaking heavy and Charlie said sarcastically "Sis, did you leave anything in Japan? We would hate for you to have forgotten something." Misty got out of the truck with Lynda and they walked into Lynda's house and they were so happy to be reunited. Misty and Charlie told Lyndia that they were going to leave but that they were going to be at Mom and Dad's at 6 pm Friday and asked if they needed to pick her up on the way. Lynda said "No, I can get there on my own, I do know how to drive, you know" she laughed. Misty and Charlie hugged Lynda and then they left and drove over to Charlie's house to make dinner and watch a movie.
